"Most things were great. No room cleaning at all for 3 days was a little bit much. I had to get rid of trash myself as we ll as getting towels etc."

"The only thing to complain about Coral Beach is the elevators. Most times during the day you will have to wait a significant amount of time for the lift. But at check in/check out time, you will wait a long long time to catch a ride. Other than that, this place is great!"

"This was our first time staying at the Anderson Ocean and Beach Club. We really like the air conditioned elevators and the security of needing to scan your room card on the elevator in order to enter the floor you wanted to be taken too. The room was absolutely the nicest we've stayed in yet. We love the full size kitchen with all the appliances provided. We definitely recommend this place and we will be staying there in the future. "

"The check in line was horrible. Over an hour and half wait time. Then the room was wrong and where I had booked under hotels.com the property would t work with hotels .com to fix it. The communication between employees wasn’t great and everyone seemed rushed. Parking sucks. But overall the pools and easy access to the beach was great. Gift shop a little overpriced but not too bad and you have to request extra towels and to have your room serviced "

"We stayed a total of 5 nights. Really loved the view from the balcony since we were on the 14th floor. Everything is so close and convenient when it comes to restaurants, stores and attractions. The room we stayed unfortunately had not been renovated yet but did noticed the rest of the rooms on our floor had been renovated. I can definitely say we enjoyed our stay here and for sure would book at this hotel again. "
