Beautiful Stone Cottage in Porthleven's Conservation Area Just 100m To Harbour
- Just 100m from the historic harbour Island House is perfectly located for your holiday in Porthleven with pubs, restaurants, shops, galleries and the beach just a short stroll away. Completely refurbished with contemporary interior including a cosy sitting room ( new furniture 2021) well equipped kitchen/diner, utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, stunning bathroom with large walk in shower, two generous bedrooms, one with a five foot bed (king size with new luxury mattress 2021) and the other with a four foot and a three foot, outside there is a courtyard style garden surrounded by a high wall which is a real suntrap. Sorry no pets. (Saturday to Saturday bookings only).
