A great city centre location with a great breakfast - copious amounts of lovely bacon! The staff were very helpful & gave my wife a heater for the room even though in the end it wasn't needed - floor 7 is the top floor & was very quiet

Nice hotel in an excellent location. There's a tram stop immediately outside, the main train station is about a 5 minute walk away and it's only a 10 min walk to the harbour / Allas Spa. The breakfast was great with a mix of full English and traditional Finnish offerings. Would stay here again without hesitation.

A pleasant stay in the heart of Helsinki

Throughout our stay, the experience had been pretty great. The service was excellent as although the TV didn’t work and the air con had been leaking water, the staff quickly came to fix the problems. It had been splendid as we could store our luggage pretty easily. The choices of the food in the breakfast were pretty abundant with great quality. For instance, the bacon, croissant, the strawberry rhubarb cakes were mouth-watering. It would be even better if the juice can be fresher rather using the concentrated juice mixed with water. The location of the hotel was superb as we could access the tram and trains easily.

Nice place

The hotel was very convenient. The room was comfortable. The staff was very helpful. If you arrive by train it is very close. The ferry is a very short Unar ride.

Enjoyable. But air condition let it down.

Room came with air con. Which I couldn’t turn off. Set fan to 0 but still made a noise. And for a light sleeper was not good. Shelving next to toilet which was a potential hazard. New silicone required around shower area. No plug for basin. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice.
