"We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone was so helpful and there was an entrance to the station/ platforms only few minutes away from the hotel. Our room had a view of Mt. Pilatus and had everything we needed except a kettle to boil water. We also felt that the room was a little bit smaller than we expected. "We booked last minute due to a scam air bnb and we were delighted with I is Budget!! I recommend 100% if you just want a clean, helpful, friendly, safe place to enjoy Lucerne from. Yes - the rooms are small and yes you don’t get the luxuries of non-budget hotels but it’s perfect! The price cannot be beaten for what you get.
