What made it unforgettable wasn’t just the luxury (though everything—from the room to the food—was exceptional), but how easy it was to feel connected. Whether we were sharing quiet dinners at CARVE meatery, or laughing over nothing in particular, the resort created a space where time slowed down and everything else faded away. "It was fully equipped to be self-contained, which is good because there's nothing else close-by for meals. The "chalets" were unique and fun to try for a couple nights. We booked it as a way to see the more rustic northern part of Vancouver Island. Staff was really nice."
