"If your looking for the rudest scammers on Vrbo you found them! Avoid like the plague!! Where do i begin. So me and my family. Me being a veteran of the army wanting to spend some time with my family after opening a few businesses alone...the night before our travel i get a message from this "host" . Stating that their property is " not kid friendly " now.. this is mid night and we are leaving at 5am on our adventure. When i explained my child is 7 and not to mention raised well. The host then converted to she is a "bed wetter"! I couldnt believe the way i was being harassed and attacked at midnight the night before our trip leaving at 5am. I asked that because me having a duaghter is such a big issue with the host that they just give a refund. Simple right..not! She then Responsed that " im too late!" After being woke up with this nonsense( i booked with 2 adults and a child) that u have to reach out to vrbo about my "refund" and good luck along with many other rude, harassing messages. At this point i decided to call. ..i get someone thats says it up to the host to refund.. now understanding her scam. I was very upset. They offered a small refund to cancel myself...i choose to loose my money i paid for my family to stay at this scam so people will know and leave a review to really let people know. How univiting these people are and how harassing they can be. Many rude messages later here i am. Having to pay last minute, no sleep for another place. "

"It’s a great house and the host was very responsive. The only problem was the heat and hot water weren’t working so we had to leave earlier than scheduled, but when I reached out to the host he apologized and said he would take a look at it, and hopefully will refund us some of the money from our stay. This would be a great house to rent in the summer, so many great things to do outside and in the barn area!! Highly recommend for a family with kids!!"
