"Location was great cause is just off I75 so it was super convenient for us that needed to rest before continuing our trip. Also, if you decide to take advantage and go see some great attractions, it won’t take you more than a 16 min drive. But what I highly appreciate was the cleanliness: everything was neat! And just to add another star: the staff were amazing, super helpful and honest. My husband forgot his wallet at the room and we had already checked out. We went back to the hotel 2 and half hours later and the housekeeper"

"The house was in a nice location. Not far off the main road but far enough to be quiet. The house has a nice yard and well decorated. There was enough space for our family of nine to not feel on top of each other. The game room kept the kids busy. The kitchen is well stocked and central to the house so the kids were always in sight."

"We had a good 2 night stay with our family here. The host was extremely nice and responsive over text, and the entry and checkout rules were super clear and hassle free, which made arriving and departing a breeze the house itself was clean and well-kept.A few honest details for future guests to keep in mind there are quite a few outdoor cameras set up around the property, INCLUDING ON TREES. so it didn't feel entirely private but it wasnt a deal breaker The home has 4 bedrooms and it had a pull out cot (it came in handy for sure) the dining table only seats 4 people, so larger groups might need to take turns at mealtime. Having a mop ON SITE would also be a great addition for quick cleanups during the stay. (I felt bad walking out knowing the floor was sticky) Location: The surrounding neighborhood and drive in feel a bit run down and there is a a trailer park right next door but the property itself was clean inside and out and honestly I thought the train tracks were going to be a issue They Weren't! The kids and myself LOVED watching the Choo choo Pass by through the big windows in the living room we would definitely book again."

"Incredible place to stay! We didn’t arrive until late at night, and Denny turned on lights for us! So kind! He also had coffee and creamer available for us, which was amazing the following morning! We were less than 20mins with traffic from both Ruby Falls and Rock City. We dined at Tony’s Pasta Shop & Trattoria which was amazing in the Bluff View Art District. We also dined at State of Confusion which was a short drive away! My boys said they had the best burgers they’ve ever had! If we ever return to Chattanooga, I would want to book this home again! Thank you for a wonderful stay Denny!"
