Quick overnight stay
It was located in an area that I did not expect a hotel to be located (in a residential area) but it felt safe and the staff was great! They offer street parking that is free or parking behind the building for a small fee. There are only a few spaces available though so timing is everything. Our room was the perfect size for a quick overnight stay for my family of 4. The sofa bed was already made when we arrived to the room which was great since we were all ready to sleep. What I loved about this hotel was a self service “bar” at the end of the hallway. You grab the beers that you want and pay at the front desk when you check out. I would stay here again if we need a hotel in Heidelberg.

Great Hotel close to Heidelberg
A good hotel close to downtown Heidelberg and Mannheim. The breakfast was great and dinner was also good. Hotel restaurant was closed on SAT/SUN for dinner but everything is close. If you are a runner the hotel has great trails near by.

Hotel in a quiet location quick tram ride away from heidlberg centre some local shops and cafe short walk away . Nice restaurant attached to hotel . Breakfast available for 13 euros . Was a pleasant stay .

Hotel was great. However, service left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff refused to provide baby crib. Our 10 month old slept on the floor. They also raised the breakfast price on us. I would never stay here again. There was also a light in the bathroom that would only turn off by turning off all power to the room (removing master key)

You did not enter your baby when making the booking - so you were given a wrong rate. Of course you could have had a crib for your baby, but you refused to pay the surcharge. You could have booked the breakfast at the special price for hotel guests when you checked in, but you decided not to take it and so you had to pay the full price in the morning then.

The hotel was in a very quiet area, yet convenient to a tram line. The breakfast (10 euro extra) was exceptionally good, and the staff was quite helpful. The room was a little small, but that wasn't unexpected.

We spent two nights at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We didn’t feel like we were in a “no frills” hotel

Good transit hotel
As said before, new hotel, just out of town ( we were there in an evening, drive into old town and parked for dinner, free after 7 on certain streets) Otherwise parked car on road outside hotel overnight. Only issue was Aircon a bit weak, only goes down to 17’c...! We didn’t stay for food, but as said before, there is a bakers open from 5.30am just out on main road.

Location didn't offer much in walking distance, but was on the bus line. Busses were clean, frequent and affordable with a two day pass.

Smart modern hotel
The hotel has recently been refurbished and was very clean and smart. The room had plenty of space and a small balcony (we were fortunately at the rear which was very quiet). The bathroom was very clean and modern - this was impressive as all too often hotel bathrooms are not properly maintained. Everything worked. The breakfast was excellent. The only possible disadvantage for some people is the location - quite a long way out of the centre of Heidelberg, so you either need a car or be prepared to walk to the local railway station.

Our hotel is privately owned and managed and not a chain hotel with a real estate fond as property owner and changing brands which operate it. Modern hotel in quiet suburb
The hotel is well designed and pleasantly decorated. Situated ina quiet suburb of Heidelberg (Pfaffengrund) a ten minute cab (10 EUR) ride from the centre. Breakfast is excellent, WiFi also good. Reception is not manned through the night but the card entry system, which also applies to the breakfast area, works well.

All You Get is a Room. NO INTERNET!
Fairly expensive for a small hotel outside the city center in a residential area. Internet (wifi) - 7.5 euros Breakfast - 13 euros Parking - 5 euros Tram to get to Old Town - 8.9 euros Nothing is free. You just get a room - not a great room, either - a dorm room. The room was clean, as was the bathroom, and the entire hotel looked very nice. But for the money we were charged in the off-summer season (September), more than just a dorm room was expected. We paid half the price of this hotel and got Hiltons with free wifi and free breakfast! Do NOT pay for parking - it is free on all of the surrounding streets and directly in front of the hotel. Paying is a joke. You would think, being in a residential neighborhood, that the hotel would provide free parking so that the neighbors would be able to park their cars. That would be - being a good neighbor. But hotel guests take the residents' parking places rather than the hotel giving the guest anything at all for free. We would have LOVED to have wifi, but refused to pay for it. We didn't want to encourage them to continue this disgusting policy. We have gotten free internet everywhere in the world over the past 5 years or so. We won't pay for it. All in all, if you can avoid this hotel, do so. There are hotels in the area that will welcome you with open arms, charge less, and give you all these things.....FREE.

Hot and sweaty in summer! Probably great in winte.
Nice friendly hotel. The rooms were way too hot. Hotel claimed to have air conditioning, but either it didn't work at night or they turned it off. Complained and they said they would sort it. Was 37°c outside so I would have expected to have aircon. 2 days and nights ruined by being soaked in sweat

Wir fanden ein perfektes Zimmer vor mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstück. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig (Entspannung pur), dafür aber ca.10- 15 Minuten Fahrzeit vom Heidelberger Zentrum entfernt. Mit Bahn oder Taxi kein Problem. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Zufahrt zum hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Für ungeübte Fahrer mit größerem PKW recht eng. Dafür stehen an der Straße genügend freie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Falls wir wieder in der Nähe sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall hier einchecken👍❤️

Schönes Hotel in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen. Sehr gepflegte und große Zimmer mit Balkon. Gutes Restaurant mit guter Auswahl. Klasse Frühstück als Buffet. Wir hatten dies Hotel für ein Konzert in Hockenheim gebucht. Von dort kurzeAnfahrt. Auch für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

部屋は狭くも広くもなく普通の大きさです。 シャワーに扉がないので気をつけないと、水が溢れます。 シャワージェルとシャンプーが置いてあるので忘れても困りません。 連泊2日目のタオルに汚れがあったので不快でした。 総合的には可もなく不可もなくといった印象です。

Die Sinnhaftigkeit der Ambientebeleuchtung hat sich uns nicht erschlossen. Rauchergeruch der über die offenen Fenster in die Räumlichkeiten kam, war unangenehm. Durch den fehlenden Vorraum war die Akustik verbesserungswürdig. Betten waren gut.

Das Hotel an sich ist gut und kann man weiter empfehlen. Der Service im Restaurant und zum Frühstück war auch sehr freundlich und gut. Allerdings ist der Service an der Rezeption sehr unhöflich und launisch. Zugesagte E-Mails und Bestätigungen werden nicht versandt. Des Weiteren ist der Parkplatz sehr eng und die Zufahrt eine Zumutung mit größeren Autos.
