Business hotel away from the city
Smooth check-in. The room was on ground floor overlooking the parking but there was no noise. Clean & comfortable room. Breakfast was good but a little pricey @ Euro 16/person. 25 min by walk to city center but connected through tram 22 which takes only 8 min to the city center.

We booked 2-studios and I was expecting both to be the same. The bigger room was without kitchen and the second one was smaller but with kitchen. Unfortunately, both the studios were located not only on different floors but also have different accesses either with lifts or stairs. They were located on 2-different buildings which were connected through a passage. Apart from that, rooms were clean. Toilet has no wash basin which doesn’t look logically correct. There are plenty of parking with an additional charges of 15 euros. Overall, it was a comfortable stay/

I stayed there for 5 days and absolutely enjoyed my stay. It's very convenient to get everywhere quick via public transport. It's also not that far to walk downtown. It was very clean, staff were excellent and I was amazed how quiet it was. Lovely ambience. I will definitely stay there again.

Clean, quiet, modern, next to bus route. Back patio comfortable to sit and relax. 24 hour service. Upgraded room with kitchette. Hotel about a 10 min bus ride from old quarter. Parking on site. A very happy find. Reasonable price.

Hotel Acceptable, but Parking Paid with a twist…
The hotel is new, clean, comfortable, and the rooms have a decent size. It is an Ok selection if you just stay for a couple of nights. The downside is the hotel Parking policy, where you are required to pay upfront, but in case you arrive late in the evening and the hotel has many guests with cars, you may end up parking your car on the street or in the vicinity, even with a paid parking for 2 nights. The hotel should install smart parking systems based on reservation and Maximum availability spaces, to avoid Parking overbooking. In my case I requested a refund for the parking, since I had to park my car outside the hotel in a sketchy area, and I got my refund. These small issues can really damage your staying and your perception of the hotel.

A useful transit hotel
This hotel is billed as an apartment, but my room was more like a standard hotel room - except that it had a small refrigerator (no kitchen) that didn't work properly! The hotel is quite some distance from the old town, but public transport is nearby. It is relatively easy to reach the hotel from the highway.

Prima middenklasse hotel. Openbaar vervoer goed bereikbaar. Auto gemakkelijk bij het hotel parkeren. Ontbijt iets minder in kwaliteit dan dat we gewend zijn in Duitsland maar oké.

Hotel itself was clean and tidy. However was very angry with their lack service mind. I was asking on site laundry facility at around 10pm to one of female staff and she said 4th floor. So I went up to 4th floor with my heavy laundry after 10days of my trip but could not find it. I called my son and asked him to go to her and ask front desk again as there is no telephone in the room. My son called me back and there is laundry room on 4th floor. I searched whole floor three times but nothing. I checked the hotel facility on the website and it says there is laundry facility. I went down again and luckily there was new staff in front desk as the time was already 12:00midnight. I told him that I could not find the laundry room at 4th floor and he said it is ion the 4th floor but in different entrance i have to go which means different building. It was the worst night during my trip this time.

Purpose-driven
Affordable property close to transportation hub. Front desk personnel extremely friendly. The hotel does not have a scenic view, if a view is important. However, our trip served a specific family purpose so it was perfect for us. Rented a small apartment (kitchen/sitting room, bathroom, bedroom). Unbeatable price for the afforded space. Read the instructions clearly posted in the room to familiarize yourself with service provided. Parking and breakfast are additional expenses. Would stay there again.

Everything is fine and easy. Just the car park has a charge of Euro 15 per 24 hours. There’s no other options for 12 hours etc. But its such a nice carpark to safely park your car.

The hotel was big and parking was easy. The room was spacious and had a nice kitchenette. There was no phone in the room, so I had to use my own phone to contact reception. There was a problem with the stove top, I called and the tech showed up in less than 5 min and fixed it. I want to thank Antonia as she was very helpful in assisting me. My stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

This was by far the best staff! I can't say enough good things about the people that worked there. Very convenient location. Nice rooms. Pillows aren't the best. I was even able to wash my clothes at the hotel. But once again... what wonderful staff

A most excellent hotel
A really excellent hotel, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and valued, always happy and smiling and we had great rapport. No request was too much, this is what you call service par excellence, will be happy to go back next summer. Very close to all transport links.
