I’ve stayed at the GuestHouse Heidelberg many times, and for years have always returned there whenever I wanted to visit Heidelberg. The rooms are clean, convenient, and spacious, and the property is ideally located. What’s more, the staff is both helpful and knowledgeable, and it’s relatively inexpensive.

Great for Xmas Markets

Great location for visiting the Xmas markets. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. Simpe breakfast in the morning was tasty. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.

Surprisingly large and well appointed! It had the largest shower that I've seen in Europe. It is not the Ritz, but for a fifth of the price, it's well worth it!

It is within walking distance from the Old Town and if you enjoy walking, it is not too far from the castle. There is no concierge. We lost something and needed to get some info and there was no one there to help. Easy in/out.

Another European location that requires creativity when searching for parking. Overnight - street parking. Daytime - you’d better find a convenient parkade or expect to move your car every two hours if you use street metering. This Guesthouse is very convenient to Old Town while having easier access for vehicles and public transit. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious. Helpful staff when needed.

No reception at appropriate times for business (only from 9 to 3pm). No luggage hold on the last day. the vending machine took 2 Euro from me. I never got the drink I paid for. Although they serve coffee at 9 am when the reception starts, there is no coffee in the room.

Not so good staying it was “Clean” but not enough it has certain smell like if sheets hasn’t been changed, there was no reception so your complains can’t be answered, we have issues with our cards and power energy, but at the end they work properly, the Wifi connection was so poor that we can’t even connect, so sad about that, on the other hand the place was central, quiet and located in a beautiful town, We loved heidelberg!

Gute und saubere Unterkunft ohne Komfort, für eine Nacht okay. Zimmer im 1.OG extrem warm und stickig, Ventilator war sehr hilfreich. Nacht erträglich Dank offenem Fenster, mäßiger Straßenlärm (Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus), mit Ohrstöpseln jedoch kein Problem.
