Spacious and clean. Good facility. Fair distance from the train station and even more so from sites and attractions. One slight complaint was the both garbage cans were left full. Sound proofing between rooms is a bit lacking. Overall very good value for the price.

I took one look at the place and left. I didn't stay a single night. It was too far from town and totally unsuitable for a 65 year old solo traveller with no car. I want my money back. In full.

Hello, point one .. we are in the city center, what you mean is the old town. This is exactly as described 2km away, accessible by tram in 7 minutes. The stop is 200m away. Point two, we are a hostel, not a hotel, exactly as described. The fact is we are an absolute low budget house, and if you want to save a lot of money and wanted full service, this is out of place !!! Conclusion: who can read, is clearly in the advantage. We did not do anything wrong. Unfortunately, there are too many chronically dissatisfied people ....

No frills but very clean and modern hostel for a very good price (our stay was in a private room with private bathroom). Location is only ok, it's walkable from the central station which is nice, but still a bit of a trek to the old city centre. Additionally, our room was for 4 people but the wifi was limited to 3 users at a time.

Einfach aber gut. Alles da. Mit der Straßenbahn problemlos in die Stadtmitte. Die Matratze könnte für unseren Geschmack etwas härter sein

Preiswerte, komfortable Unterkunft.
Einfaches Einchecken auch zu später Stunde. Etwas versteckt, aber dafür recht ruhig gelegen. Zimmer war sehr gut.

有寫明是hostel不是酒店，所以周邊設施不足可以理解
離火車站走路應該要15分鐘，推著行李選擇了taxi不到9歐元，出去時走了約八分鐘再搭巴士一站到火車站，無電梯不過職員肯幫忙搬上去，男職員態度一般，訂的三人房是張雙人床，所以空間較大，厠所在外面但祇有該房客使用，空間大，電梯熱水壼風筒冰箱wifi都是無的，職員是限定時間在櫃檯，所以請預先聯絡和要有能打電話的卡，附近好似無餐廳和超市，如價錢便宜點會較合理

你好，車站正好在1000米外，步行10分鐘。！ 對於出租車的價格，我們什麼都做不了...... !! 自動售貨機為底層的所有客人提供一台冰箱。 距離阿爾迪超市300米，距離餐館100米。 當然，我們是一個低調的房子，也節省了接待時間，我們可以把便宜的價格傳遞給我們的客人，因為工作人員也提出要把手提箱抬起來，你也可以問餐廳和超市。 我建議下次再問Google先生。 但這與我們的房子無關。 誰低預算不應期望一流的。 （翻譯成GOOGLE）

Das kleine und feine M O T E L ist sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Problemlos und höfliches Check in sowie -out. Frühstück beim Bäcker nebenan und preiswertes gutes Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Danke - was willst du mehr ?

Schöner Aufenthalt
In Laufnähe zum Bahnhof, sehr große und schöne Räume (Schlafzimmer, Gang und Bad), hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Einfacher Check-In am Abend mit Schlüsselsafe und unkomplizierte Absprache wegen Safenummer.

We just spent the night. The hotel is nice, and the option to check in later is a really good addition. Near the hotel, there are not many options to eat later at night, so keep that in mind (grab something from the Main Station).

Bello, un po' fuori dal centro
Pulito, nuovo, letti comodi. Eumore in strada ben insonorizzato dai doppi vetri. Peccato no aria condizionata. Rapporto con staff quasi inesistente. Lasciate le chiavi della stanza senza nessuno presente al check-in e con riferimento ad istruzioni contenute in una email mai arrivata. Comunque va bene lo stesso.

Super tolles Hostal
Ich kann Euch dieses Hostal in Heidelberg nur weiterempfehlen. Die Dopplezimmer sind gross, sauber, hell. Sogar mit großem Flatscreen, und das Bad ist eins A! Sauber ist es auch! Man hat nicht das Gefühl in einem Hostal zu sein. Echt super!

Das Hotel ist im großen und ganzen ganz gut!
Das einzige was gestört hat war der Empfang. Der war nämlich bei Ankunft nicht besetzt und man musste 10 Minuten warten bis dann einer kam. Da wir Zeitlich gebunden waren, war das etwas doof. Ausserdem störte uns die Reinigung am Morgen etwas. Sonntags morgens um 6 Uhr ging es schon los mit Türen auf und zu und staubsugen. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig somit war dann auch der Schlaf beendet. Für jemanden den das nicht stört ist das Hotel eine gute Preiswerte Unterkunft.

Hallo, der erste Punkt ist, wir sind kein Hotel, sondern ein Hostel (Jugendherberge ) und bei uns hilft Einer dem Anderen, daher kann es sein dass außerhalb der Zeiten zum ein-und auschecken die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. unser check-in beginnt schon um 12 Uhr, und ab da ist die Rezeption besetzt. Wenn dann ein Gast schon vor 12 Uhr anreist, kann es sein dass er bis 12 Uhr warten muss. Der nächste Punkt... Bei uns fangen unsere Reinigungskräfte un 9 Uhr an mit der Zimmerreinigung an. Ich weiß nicht was dieser Gast gehört hatte !!!
