"Good basic accommodation close to the centre. Clean and great staff. Very easy to check in and leave"

"Absolutely incredible accommodation with character and charm mixing history and modernity perfectly. Only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Great host, great place. Not so close to Old Town, no walking distance, but great bus service nearby the property than facilitates moving around the greatness of Donostia, such a beautiful, clean, safe region to visit... best gastronomy!"

"I always stay here when i come to vitoria "

"Great apartments. Loads of space and really well equipped. Being over 60 we struggled a bit initially with the online registration process, but fortunately there was someone on hand at reception to guide us. Welcome pack with water and milk was a nice touch. try and ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the main road is quite noisy at the front from early morning."

"Awesome accommodation! Even though there is no front desk and all check in autonomous, it is super efficient. Rooms are gorgeous & clean and a hearty breakfast is included in the stay all while being within 10 min to the airport!"

"Very green and calm"

"Great location, great employees at the hotel. Would stay there again."

"Perfect location, cute and clean studio apartments! Would definitely stay again!"

"Really nice people, great location, beautiful hotel"

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and very roomy. While old and somewhat worn in places, it’s very comfortable with a great view over the bay. "

"Great location near the beach and town and near a city bike dock which made it even quicker to get to town. Very clean apartment and friendly staff. Quiet area to stay"

"I like the location convenient to everything"

"Great parking around the accommodation, short bus ride into the centre, great."

"Great space for being with a family, and location is ideal for bus from the airport and to walk around the city."

"Great location! Place looks new. Easy check in."

"Great stay and hostess was outstanding. "

"Very clean and spacious. Great amenities (kitchenette, fridge, stove top, utensils). 4 minutes walk to the intermodal (public transport). Location is safe and within 30-minute walk from the Guggenheim and bridges to old towns."

"There is no free parking at the property or in the area - something to keep in mind if you have a car (which by the way you wont need to explore Bilbao and surrounding areas as the Bizkaia card is so reasonable)."

"Great room with all the amenities! We had a welcome pack with coffee, tea, washing up liquid, tablet for the dishwasher and washing machine. All the small details covered! Excellent experience!"
