"No hot water, hotel was disgusting, no fitness center, no manager on property to help. "

"Hotel needs a lot. There is one elevator for the whole building. 2 luggage carts for the whole building. Hot tub is closed. Pool area had signs saying ubder construction so we didnt use it. Was given 3 rooms. One wasnt connected, second was a view od the roof when we asked for a pool view. That room the thermostat had a note on it do not use not conencted. 3rd room had a thermostat with no note but i dont think it worked. Temp stayed at 75 with the heat and cold changed to 33. Hotel is under construction but theres a LOT that needs to be fixed. Building had a lot of painting needed to be done cosmetic stuff. Parking lot is a little dark. Hallways are small. "

"Breakfast choice was toast, apples, or cereal but no milk available. Had to use powder creamer for coffee because no milk was available. They had a pancake maker there, but was not working when I complained. They said sorry. Had to go out to a diner to get something to eat."
