The staff was very helpful due to the fact that they did not receive my payment, but Expedia took the money out of my bank account. I did have to call Expedia and I was on hold for quite some time and Expedia finally called the hotel to verify the payment and got it worked out.

The room was very clean the beds wear clean. The outside not the fanciest. Great pool the water was very clean & the pool was nice. Stay there twice so far. It’s not fancy, no coffee maker or hairdryer in the room, but is a good coffee & donut place right there. but it is decent and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and she got me the room I wanted good location close to a lot of stuff

Room was so-so. Could have been swept and mopped. Had leftover food in freezer. Smelled like urine and trash in stairway. Outside needs cleaning of cigarettes butts, bugs, cobwebs. Could use a paint job. Fist day toilet over flowed and front desk didnt send anyone. Next day called again about the toilet and maintenance was sent right away. Maintenance said they were not told of previous call. I believe that because the first lady wasn't as professional as the rest. Over all there were clean sheets and towels. And pool was nice. I would stay again if some things improved!!
