"Front desk staff non existent, toilet overflowed 5am, called 4x’s, shower not draining either. Finally maintenance came at 10am said something wrong in main plumbing, can’t unclog it. Opened a different room for us to shower in time for 11am check out. I so badly wanted to love this place."

Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, there were dirty towels left in the room, the laundry room coin machine didn’t work, the dryer didn’t heat the clothes. They allowed my kids to come and visit me at the hotel and they were able to use the facilities. The pool was so much fun and the staff were incredibly nice. "
