Mountain modern new home with gourmet kitchen, large fireplace, recreation room, workout area, hot tub, fire pit, steam shower, dedicated office space, covered deck, 2-car indoor parking, 10 minutes from Park City downtown, and 12 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. Jordaneller Reservior and hiking are within walking distance, and Whole Foods, Park City Outlets, and Kimball Junction shopping are 12 minutes away by car. This home has one 85-inch TV and two 75-inch screens, fast internet, full outdoor seating, and a large outdoor grill. Views of Deer Valley and Lake Jordanelle can be seen from all of the windows in the house. A private hot tub and firepit are fantastic for late-night, relaxing with a beverage. Relax in the 4-person steam room on the downhill slopes or cross-country trails at nearby Soldier Hollow after a day. The Thermador gas six burner and commercial depth stove make cooking for a group a breeze. A barista-style coffee maker is waning for you in the morning after a night of sleep on the massage bed.
