The Deer Valley Resort East Village expansion is under way. For the 2024/2025 ski season, the area will include three new chairlifts, 20 runs, and 300 acres of terrain. The condo is very clean, well-stocked and in a great location. Parking was easy and safe, and the views are beautiful! We had great access to walking trails and could get to both Park City and Heber in less than 10 minutes. Our only issues were with the beds and, subsequently, the heat. The beds are memory foam and no matter low we set the air conditioning or opened the windows, we roasted in the beds. I say beds, plural, because we tried them all, and they all were like sleeping on a heated blanket. We also ended up never sleeping in the master BR because there is no shade on the door, and a security light from the neighboring building shines right into the room all night. The other issue was the air conditioner - it is SO loud! Every time it would turn on it sounded like a freight train. All of these factors made sleeping really difficult for us. Perhaps it would be great for winter guests!
