Luxury Ski Condo Close to Deer Valley Express Gondola!

Our high end, top floor, luxury three bedroom condo is located close to the Deer Valley Express Gondola for easy access to the Deer Valley Mountain Resort for some fantastic snow skiing. Our condo resides in the Village at the Shore complex.

Our Village at the Shores condo is located in a beautiful mountain setting next to the Jordanelle Reservoir, just across the freeway from the Deer Valley Express Gondola. We are just down the street from the Jordanelle or its a quick 3 minute drive to the Deer Valley Gondola because there is no traffic or traffic lights to get there! The area is quiet and beautiful. Our condo faces east so no setting sun shining in the condo when you return from skiing or any other activity.

The kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances and has everything you need to cook during your stay. The kitchen features service-island with 3 barstools, all granite countertops and abundant hardwood custom cabinetry. The dining area features a dining table with seating for 6 people.

Our condo is equipped with granite countertops, dramatic vaulted ceilings, alder hardwood doors, cabinets and baseboards, hard wood flooring, gas fireplace, leather couch, four Samsaug flat screen TVs with a 46" one located in the living room above the fireplace and free WiFi. Don't forget the laundry room with your own washer and dryer. After a day of boating, hiking, or skiing, this comes in so handy to freshen up your clothing/sporting gear.

The master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds for sleeping up to six people.

The property includes security doors and convenient underground parking for 2 cars.

There are so many activities to do in the area that you will not run out of activities to make your vacation wonderful and memorable. To name a few of the activities: Skiing (10 mountain resorts within 1 hour), Cross Country Skiing, Golfing, Hot Air Ballooning, Zip Lines, Blue Ribbon Fishing, Swimming, Hiking, Biking, Alpine Slide, Boating, Jet Skiing, Paddleboarding, Horseback Riding, Rodeos, Cowboy Dinners, Cowboy Poetry Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Snowmobiling and more!

Our condo is in a great location because it is in the middle of everything this area has to offer. The Jordanelle State park is just down the street. The town of Park City is 15 - 20 minutes away with shopping, groceries, restaurants and skiing. Kimball Junction is 15 minutes away with shopping outlets, restaurants, movie theater, groceries and more. Heber City is 15 minutes away which is a small western town with quaint shops, groceries and restaurants. The town of Midway is 20 minutes away which is also a small town that offers the Homestead and Zermatt resorts; and Soldier Hollow for tubing; and cross country skiing. There is a strong Swiss influence in restaurants, activities, and architecture. Also, 40 minutes away there is the Sundance ski resort heading down into Provo, a beautiful scenic drive and a fun small ski resort to visit. Visit the Treehouse at Sundance for fantastic dining.

We stayed here for Spring Break. My wife and I, our two young kids, and grandparents stayed here. Lovely place. Location is about a 15 minute drive from everything you would need. Tons of space and a beautiful kitchen. We were very comfortable there.

Friends Retreat

We loved our stay where 3 of us longtime friends spent a long weekend together! The place was spacious, enough beds so we didn't hear each other snore, lovely deck, well appointed and stocked kitchen, comfy sitting area, and beautiful places to walk. We're already planning on returning.

Nice Place to Stay

We had a great stay at this condo. The host was quick to respond to our communications and to help resolve the one issue we had. The condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It was really great to have indoor parking as it snowed a few times while we were there. The condo is in a peaceful setting, but still close to park city.

Beautiful place and beautiful location just across from Deer Valley ski resort.

Great location! And great place. A little tricky to figure out getting in upon arrival. It was dark and a little hard to see the numbers. Probably helpful to tell guest there is an underground garage for all occupants and that the best entrance is from the underground garage. Loved it and we would come again.

Wonderful Condo Near Deer Valley

We had a great stay at this condo near Deer Valley over Christmas. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we could need. We were all very comfortable for our entire stay. Proximity to the Jordanelle gondola at Deer Valley was super convenient. We also skied at Sundance only 35 minutes away and at Snowbasin, an hour from the condo. The garage parking was also a big plus. Everything lived up to expectations and although the photos are great, the condo is even better in person.

Lovely Condo

We had a wonderful stay, partial lake views was a bonus. Only 10 min to town and lots of places to park to Deer Valley to ski with the help of a shuttle. Definitely do your homework where to park, so you can time it better. Deer valley filled up fast. Price of condo was amazing in comparison to what is out there. The condo was set up nicely, had all of our basic amenities covered and made our stay just perfect.

Great Place, Outstanding Host

Buddy and Suzanne loves this VRBO!!!! No other way to say it. Brent is an Outstanding host. He was “all about making things comfortable for us”! Beautiful home and location close to Jordanelle Reservoir. We had a spectacular thunderstorm that morphed into a stunning sunset! We saw stars all night long to include 5 in the morning!!!! We enjoyed staying here!!!!

Great location and accommodations!

We have a wonderful stay at the condo, it was everything we needed to have a great ski vacation in Park City. Pros - Very clean and tidy - Location easy to find and not crowded area - Spacious 3 bedroom condo - fit our family of 6 perfectly - Well appointed with towels, sheets, kitchen needs - 2 parking spots - Heating and air conditioning work great - Brent the owner was very responsive and helpful Cons - If you are skiing in Park City this is a bit of a drive compared to other locations, if you are skiing in Deer Valley it's very convenient - 2 full flights of stairs to get to the condo, so not great for lots on little kids or someone who may find that difficult

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo looked exactly as shown in the pictures. It was also very well stocked. It has a Keurig so be prepared to buy pods and a small Mr Coffee maker. It had a view of Deer Valley. Park City is not too far away - great location. Communication with Brent was very easy. He called me and was very responsive to anything we needed. There is no elevator so be prepared to walk two flights of stairs. We knew this from previous reviews.

Loved this place

This is a skiers paradise if you ski at deer valley. The jordanelle lot is 3 mins away, small lots, that fills up early so get there by 9 am ! Park city is 20 mins away. House is spacious , clean and welcoming. Brett is very responsive and attentive. It’s in the second floor so bandage can be an issue if you are older or by yourself .

Great location for exploring Park City area

This luxury condo is perfectly located near the new Deer Valley East and convenient to explore Deer Valley, Park City, Heber and the surrounding area. With all the comforts of home and more, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make from smoothies to gourmet meals. Access was simple and communication with the owners was seamless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The property owner is very accessible, communication was excellent, and the check in/check out was simple. Great stay for Park City and Deer Valley skiing

We loved the condo. Very convenient to both ski resorts at Park City and Deer Valley. The condo was spacious, furnished with all amenities and staples necessary for cooking and cleaning. Great price value for this condo. Will stay with Brent every time we come to ski Utah’s beautiful mountains.
