Located between the Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley Gondola, this new construction vacation home is close to all that Park City has to offer, making it ideal for skiing and family gathering. Enjoy the beautiful mountains and lake while sitting on the huge patio. Don't forget to BBQ using the Weber grill.

The brand new kitchen is equipped with all the cookware to make a good dinner for your group. The dining area includes a center island with 4 barstools, and an adjacent dining table with seating for 8. With large picturesque windows, bright natural light, the contiguous family area is spacious with plenty of seating for the whole family. There are enough games for your group to entertain as well. The laundry room comes with one set of mega capacity LG washer and dryer. 65 inch TVs in all bedrooms. Gigabit fiber optics high speed internet with mesh WIFI making it easy to stream movies in all rooms.
The master bedroom is furnished with 2 queen beds, a nightstand and a desk with chair. It also comes with a luxury ensuite bath. The two smaller bedrooms are both served by a king bed, a nightstand and a desk with chair. Two floor mattresses are available for a group of 10 or more people, which will incur extra charges.
There is a storage cage in the underground parking garage to store your skis and snow boards. Extra guest parking can be found in the garage and by the street.

This is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in! It had so many amenities provided that you would normally have to buy such as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper, along with much more. The location was truly perfect between Midway and park city. The room was so clean and all the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets.
This condo is clean with nice furnishings. Easy access right off Hi-way and close to Heber City and Park city.

We enjoyed our time in this rental. We were skiing at Deer Valley and it was very convenient (less than 5 mins) to the Jordanelle Gondola to get on the mountain. The rental was clean and spacious with all the essentials we needed while we were there.
Absolutely beautiful 3 bedroom home. Pictures don’t do it justice. Feels new, fresh and clean. Thoughtfully furnished and equipped. Communication with host is excellent. Great Location. Next trip to Park city we will certainly return. Maybe the nicest VRBO we have been to.

We picked this location based on its proximity to the Jordanelle Gondola and we were pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and comfortability. The condo was very well stocked which was appreciated since the family all flew in for the reunion. The area is under construction but there were no work crews while we were there due to the holidays. We would recommend.
The property was just as described. Easy access. Comfortable for visitors and group meal of 9 easy. Well appointed - no unnecessary store runs needed. Plenty of linens and towels and paper goods. Clean, clean, clean which was super important for our immuno compromised member. Appliances were like new. Bedrooms were super comfortable. Beautiful bright living area. It really was a lovely place for a short retreat.
This location was superb for four adults desiring to ski at Park City with a short commute to the resorts. The rooms were spacious and beds quite comfortable. The amenities throughout the condo were quite nice and met our hopes and expectations.
The kitchen was well stocked and excellent for our needs while cooking.

We loved the unit overall. It is new, clean and in beautiful condition. For us the location was great as well. A little more prompt response and check in from the property manager near the start of our stay would have been helpful. The unit was low on toilet paper, batteries for one of the TV controllers were dead, and the unit was low on paper towels. We messaged the manager about this but we ended up purchasing those items because we wanted them before we heard back. The unit listing says that it sleeps up to twelve but that is only possible if you plan on putting three people on the king beds and order an extra mattress which costs more. There is no hide away bed in the living room. This did not work for perfectly for our family configuration and sleeping needs. We made due but be sure you understand what the capacity of the unit is.
We stayed here for a whole month in August 2025. Overall it was good. Location was only 15 minutes from Park City, and also right next to the Jordanelle State Park. The size and the layout of the rooms was fine. The property was new and clean, except the washing machine and dishwasher smelled musty, like they needed a deep clean. The porch was nice and large, which we enjoyed some. However, they are constructing a whole bunch of new condos all around, and that was a negative for two reasons. First, there was VERY loud construction going on literally across the street, 6-7 days a week, 12-13 hours a day, including large and numerous trucks and bulldozers operating constantly. Secondly, the online photos showed views of the lake, which are now significantly blocked because of the new condos. The PM should update those photos. There were lots of places to walk and hike very near. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was adequately equipped for basic cooking. Also, the parking garage is underground, which is good to avoid bad weather but slightly inconvenient. But overall, it was a nice place. We enjoyed our stay.
