"This was a pleasant stay in Tianjin, very convenient and close to subway, shopping centres, restaurants, cafes, etc. The staff and service was superb. Cleaning crew were very friendly and attentive. "Everything is good except the WIFI strength is horrible. Even have difficulty obtain the necessary connection to access email. Luckily I am on golfing trip to Tianjin. If you are on business trip and require wifi access to conduct business, then you better think twice to check in to this hotel. I have to consume almost close to US40 of my own data plan to communicate although I am on leisure trip to Tianjin. "

"新桃園位置相當好，要去天津各區都很方便，以位置來說價位合理，服務人員的服務也還可以，雖說旁邊就有地鐵施工工地，但隔音很好不吵。新桃園的缺點在於清潔程度不夠好，房間內的地毯不太乾淨，且好像有小蟲，睡到第三天起床後身上有幾個蟲咬的包。另外房間內的空調無法調整，只有中央空調，太熱只有把空調關掉。這兩個缺點若能改進，這個飯店可以讓人想再回去住。附註一點，8樓健身房的設備妥善率不佳，盼改善。"
