Close to Dillon state park, muskingum river, Blackhand gorge. 30 minute drive to Dennison University, 20 minutes to Genesis or Licking Memorial hospitals, between Newark & Zanesville. Great hunting nearby in Licking & Muskingum counties. Buckeye Lake is 30 minute drive, National Trails Raceway 30 minutes. Quiet, relaxing area country home. Two bedrooms each with queen bed, two baths, washer/dryer, propane grill, smart TV in living room & bedroom. Full kitchen with dishes, pans, utensils, just bring food. Wheel chair ramp in front leading to front door. Supplied with coffee & tea. Quiet and peaceful.

Loving home on a hill

Beautiful location off the road but close to everything. Clean and inviting. We enjoyed the little things(the coffee and candy) and the quiet. The view from the back porch is amazing as well.

Lovely Winter Cabin Stay

We had a beautiful weekend in a clean, warm, scenic cabin. The beds were very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated, with many thoughtful homey touches such as assorted teas, coffee, and condiments. Everything was easy to find and use. We will definitely be returning here!

Relax in the countryside.

Lovely property, enjoyed our morning coffee from the back deck and were visited by a cute fox on the lawn. Only suggestion is better marking of circle drive for those arriving after dark. Definitely would stay at this property again.

Quiet & Clean

This house is on a quiet and serene piece of property. Wonderful space with plenty of cooking amenities. It’s clean and you won’t be disappointed with the heated toilet seat with night light in the master suite. I had a relaxing getaway with my girlfriends. This our third visit and hope to go back soon.

I really liked that the house was on one level - this made it possible for my parents to navigate the entire house. The songbirds were amazing in the area as well.

Four pastor's needing to get away for a bit for relaxation and renewal. What a wonderful sanctuary of peace. We loved our stay. Everything was comfort qand very well stocked. We loved our stay and not really ready to head home. Looking forward to our next stay!

Don’t hesitate to stay here.

The house was clean, tastefully finished and in a secluded location between Newark and Zanesville. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. They even supplied snacks and drinks. The fee was very comparable to staying at a local hotel only you get the privacy of a house to your own.

OUR LITTLE GETAWAY

Way more than we expected.

The house is recently completely remodeled and beautiful. Quite, clean, luxurious and more than expected. Everything you would need if you forgot something. Quiet area in a wooded setting with all of the privacy you could ask for. I will use this VRBO again when returning to the area without hesitation.

Spring Ohio Flintknapping Show

Our first time to the beautiful state of Ohio was great. The countryside and farmland is very pretty with lots of wildlife, we saw deer almost every time we went somewhere. The house was spacious and well organized. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked with more than just essentials. Beds were very comfortable as was all furnishings. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great spot

The property is exactly as it appears in the listing. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was great. We stayed here to explore the area on motorcycles. It was nice and quiet with a beautiful view out the back.
