A welcoming two bedroom holiday bungalow, set within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor, just outside of Hayle.
With all the amenities of a holiday park, including a communal pool, laundry, shop, bar and restaurant, comfortable accommodation for up to four guests including a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms (one double & one bunk room), 59 Trevithick court is a great base for couples or small families.
Hayle offers stunning beaches, a great variety of shops, bars & restaurants as well as supermarkets and the harbour. Just a short drive away is St. Ives and Penzance, and the wilds of west Cornwall.
Kitchen - well equipped and fitted with oven, hob, microwave, kettle & toaster. Living space - 2 seater sofa, side tables, dining table and chairs, wall mounted TV, fully fitted kitchen. Double bedroom - double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, built in wardrobe. Bunk bedroom - Bunk beds, built in wardrobe, bed side cabinet, door to the rear of the property. Bathroom - Bath with shower over, basin and low level toilet.
This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day. Please note that if the property accommodates, and you are bringing, more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.

A message from Toms Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.
EV Charging There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.
The Location The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.
On the doorstep The property has use of the site facilities which are open March-November and include:
-Tennis court -Squash court -Swimming pool -Sauna -Games area -Family club (entertainment is peak school holidays only) -Bar area (free wifi) -Launderette -Shop -Bar meals and takeaway are available.
Only a short drive into Hayle you have a great selection of shops and restaurants.
Further afield The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer. For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.
For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.
Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion.
Winter stays at Tolroy Manor Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
Please note: This property requires a £100 security deposit (payable with the balance). This is refundable after your holiday pending any damages.
