  • Copperhouse View is a beautifully restored luxury apartment in the heart of Hayle, West Cornwall, set within a stunning listed building and thoughtfully transformed into a stylish retreat. With its excellent location and easy access to beaches, riverside walks and family-friendly attractions, it makes a wonderful base for discovering this beautiful corner of Cornwall.

    Located on the second floor, the apartment's impressive open-plan kitchen, dining and living space is filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. Exposed beams and wooden floors sit beautifully alongside contemporary furnishings, creating a stylish yet welcoming space to relax. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, while the spacious dining table is perfect for family meals. After a day out exploring, settle onto the plush sofa and enjoy the flat-screen LED TV, Hi-Fi sound system and Blu-ray player.

    There are two inviting bedrooms – a king-size and a twin – together with a modern family shower room featuring a generous walk-in shower. Underfloor heating throughout adds an extra touch of comfort, whatever the season.

    Outside, guests have access to a spacious communal patio with outdoor furniture and private off-road parking.

    Hayle is a particularly lovely choice for families, with many of its attractions within easy reach on foot. Central location.

On first impressions on entering the property it seemed a bit seedy and unkempt.Then we didn’t realise we had 2 flights of stairs to apartment then another flight of stairs up into lounge area.We were really fit on leaving.It was all very spacious and clean and we settled in.A little dog lived next door and it’s exceccent barking was not very nice.But all in all we were quite comfy in this property.

Comfortable apartment

Nice modern apartment with everything that you need. Very spacious and comfortable, lovely place to relax after a day out walking, with views looking out over the estuary. I liked the Denon stereo which I could stream music from my iPhone. Excellent private parking.
