Great hotel in a great location. Please note that a double room does not have 2 beds

We needed a hotel for just one night but wished it had been for longer. The location is great in one of the main tourist areas of Osaka. Namba train station is a very short walk away and there are lots of shops and places to eat close by. The area is very lively at night but feels completely safe. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you could need and more. The reception staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in much earlier than the stated time. There is a secure baggage storage area for the day you check out. The facilities in reception are exceptional. There is free breakfast, afternoon tea and ramen of an evening. There is a free soft drinks machine as well as tea and coffee and all sorts of Sake and spirits to make your own drinks. There is a play area for kids with TV and games console. They also provide toiletries etc free of charge. All of this is provided during your stay but it is also available to you after you have checked out for the rest of that day until your departure. It may have only been for one night but this hotel made an extremely positive impression and we would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others.

As it’s only just opened, we had high hopes and it lived up to them; great staff, amazing views and fresh clean rooms. Accessed directly from the subway of the metro (look for quartz building entrance), it’s convenient for central shops.
