"The property was nice on the surface; big, comfortable, and with plenty of activities for the whole family. The well stocked kitchen was great when we needed to cook, and the large game room was fantastic when we needed to escape the rain. The host was quick to reply to messages, which is always nice.Unfortunately though, it seemed like the niceties were only surface deep as we has too many cleanliness and mechanical issues to ignore. The basement, for example, did not seemed as if it was cleaned between stays with existing garbage and mess when we arrived. There were other cleanliness issues around other parts of the house, like the kitchen, some bathrooms, and some outdoor areas, that were disappointing. Also, some of the appliances were slightly broken; the hot tub, kitchen freezer, dishwasher, and some overhead lights all had some level of mechanical issues.Overall, I believe this place works best for groups with young children that may be okay overlooking some of the cleanliness issues. But as a group of adults, we were expecting a different experience as this price point."

"We reserved a king size bed and paid while driving, using Expedia, arriving late. When we got there they said they didn't have that room, offered a two bed room for me to check. We need space to set up a dog crate. The room had not been cleaned. The next room had a king with space for crate, was handicap accessible which did not bother us. What did bother us was the cheeping smoke detector. They changed battery in the room we were in and said they would change the one across the hall that was cheeping but it cheeped all night. The TV did not work, in the morning the woman at desk said the TV does work but she had to set it, we should have called her. It was after 11:30 and we just wanted to cover the cheeping from across the hall. We would have slept better if they had reset the TV when they changed the smoke detector battery, they seemed aware of the TV problem, and if they had changed the battery across the hall. The breakfast had variety and included egg and sausage options, so better than typical hotel breakfast."

"The property exceeded our expectations! The host answered questions in a timely manner. We stayed for a girls basketball tournament weekend. The girls and parents all had such a great time! The beds are all comfortable and the kitchen is fully loaded. The hot tub is devine and the parents all left wanting a Miele coffee system of our own. Nobody wanted the trip to end. Five stars does not do the property or host justice!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything was. It’s not always easy to find a place that feels both spacious and spotless—especially when traveling with a large group—but this cabin delivered on both.We had 15 people in our group, including several kids, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The layout was perfect for a big family gathering, with plenty of sleeping space and common areas where we could all spend time together without feeling crowded. The kids loved having room to play, and the adults appreciated having enough seating and dining space for group meals and game nights.The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook for a large crowd, and everything was organized and easy to find. The bathrooms were clean and stocked, and the overall attention to detail really stood out.We would absolutely stay here again!"
