"Very long wait to check in, lobby quite dirty, very long line for breakfast, food was average at best, waited 25 mins for a coffee that was terrible, and arrived after I finished my food. Overall entire experience - poor value for price."

"Spent two nights at the suite room. Cleaning standard and amenities were just for 2-3 stars hotel. The floor was with unacceptable standard. Also, there might be electronic error or miscommunication, I got a phone call from the staff, she thought I spend only one night. I had to wait more than five mins while she finished to check my booking. Breakfast buffet was fine, but it was too busy, had to wait for my coffee for a long time. By the way, staff were nice and parking was easy. "
