Loved the condo
This property was beautiful and clean. The outdoor space was lovely and it overlooked the pool. If you're looking for a quiet complex without all the craziness of the main strip, this is your place. Location is great. It was a short walk to Whalers Village, although uphill on the way back. We made the mistake of driving down and parking the first night prices were not listed but it ended up costing $40 to park there for dinner so just be aware. Our teens were hoping for more kids their ages around which was the only downfall but they got over it.

Ka’anapali does provide a free shuttle that picks up just right outside of the complex which is a great substitute for walking or parking in the Whalers Village paid parking lot. Great accommodations but noisy highway
The condo offered wonderful accommodations, and it was exactly what we needed for our family of 4. But the bedroom with the 2 single beds is adjacent to the busy highway... and the traffic never died down. Even in the middle of the night there were plenty of cars on the road making a lot of noise. Yes the windows were shut, but honestly that didn't matter in the least. Our boys finally had to buy earplugs just to try to get some sleep. We loved the location of this complex across from Whaler's Village and would absolutely stay at this complex again, but would not choose this unit because of the road noise.

Very well equipped. Great location. Clean. Great overall experience. Two potential negatives are the noise from the highway and the multiple levels of steps leading up to the front door. Neither of these were are issue for us but might be for others.

Maui Mindset
Great location! The Ka’anapali Royal was a great place to stay during our vacation. Our rental was on the 9th hole of the golf course, with views of the ocean, hills, pool and Whalers Village. We were in walking distance to coffee, beach supply rentals and the little convenience store. The rental was clean stocked with many beach supplies and towels for the pool. Nice setup in the kitchen with regards to utensils, dishes and pots and pans. Big shower in the upstairs bathroom and comfortable beds. Great bird watching, not just the chickens. & the sound of the palm trees singing and swaying in the wind. Great stay! Would do it again ☺️

Paradise in Kaanapali
My family of 4 and I stayed here for 10 days and the word "perfection" comes to mind. The condo was spotless, very well decorated in a modern way, spacious and clean. At one point, we had two families over and there was a total of 14 people in the condo and we were all able to sit down and eat together between the lanai and the dining room. We didn't even feel cramped. We also loved the proximity to Whaler's Village and Kaanapali Beach. We would come back to this condo again in the future. It really felt like "home" to us for 10 days. It was blissful. One request for the owners - pls add a beach umbrella or two to your inventory so that we don't have to rent umbrellas daily from the resorts! The cooler, beach towels and chairs were perfect. Just needed umbrellas for shade! :P

AWESOME stay!
Check in was very easy, I was able to reach guest relations and check in early. The host was available for any questions, the temp in the house was very comfortable. The condo appears new and updated, it was such a great stay! I would definitely love to stay here again next time I am in Maui. Thank you for hosting us!

Our family had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean. Nice furnishings. The view from the balcony was beautiful and peaceful. All the kitchen supplies we needed and having laundry was a huge help. Make sure you can walk up 3 flights of stairs. I missed that part in the description but we were fine.

Perfect Family Getaway with Great Amenities
This unit was very stylish and comfortable. The unit is extremely well appointed. We stay in a lot of VRBOs and they can often be light on the supplies that make it useful to be in a condo/home (cooking utensils, dishes, etc). These owners have gone above and beyond with thoughtfulness. There were plenty of beach accessories. The balcony was large and quiet. Easy access to the pool. When you book, just know the unit is a 3rd floor walk-up and there is not AC in the master. They provided multiple fans. We didn't need them and were ok at night. Our stay was mid-August. Easy walk to Whalers Village. Close to everything, but got to get out of the hustle and bustle once home. Highly recommend.

100% Excellent - Clean, Bright, Safe, Comfy Stay in Kaanapali! 10/10
We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The unit was immaculately clean everywhere. The condo has a very open layout, with lovely minimalist art and furniture. So comfortable! I loved the vibe in the living room especially, with the ocean breeze coming in the large sliding doors. The lanai has a pool/grounds view with peeks of ocean! Perfect for daily coffee time. The bedrooms were both very comfortable, and the main bedroom King bed was SO comfy I didn't want to leave. Both bathrooms were clean and very nicely appointed. The kitchen is a great size and VERY well stocked with kitchen amenities (pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, etc. -- tons of stuff for cooking!) and everything worked great. There is A/C throughout the condo, works perfectly. My favorite perk was all the fans in each room. Both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans, plus each closet came stocked with multiple box fans to keep the rooms cool (or for white noise to sleep, a must for me). I also appreciated the beachy items in the closet, including multiple beach chairs, snorkels, beach towels, ice chests. There's also a washer and dryer for laundry! The condo complex is located on the golf course in Kaanapali. It is a 13-minute stroll to Whalers Village and the beach. It felt like an extremely safe neighborhood/area, and I felt comfortable letting my 2 teens wander around back and forth from condo to beach and shopping area. You can also drive to Whaler's Village in about 2 minutes, and park in the parking garage there (some shops validate parking). This unit is on the third floor and there are a lot of stairs to get there, but it wasn't a problem for us as we have no mobility issues. We never had a hard time finding a close parking space (parking is unassigned) and found the whole layout of the place to be very convenient. Check-in was simple and fast, done via email. You pay for parking separately at the main office, which is about 10 steps away from the unit. Easy peasy. Check-out was also simple! The property manager was readily available to answer questions via email and text, and was very helpful and kind. They also left us a little care package of Hawaiian treats upon our arrival (drinks and snacks), which as a major snack person, thrilled me way more than it probably should have. :) We felt 100% taken care of at this property and it really did feel like a home away from home. 10/10 would stay again.
