"Hotel was very accessible and at a good location close to shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the premises were very clean. I did not have breakfast at the hotel."

"The General manager assaulted me after having a heated discussion on there polices of having to use their valet parking. I was told if I didn't use there valet I would have to park on the road off of their property. I ended up not staying their after the manager called the police as I wanted them to, because I was assaulted by the manager. So I lost the $ for the room. I'm currently filing charges for the way I was treated. I would by no means stay at this place with the unprofessional managers and staff. I stayed at Holiday Inn, great place, no paid parking, I would for sure stay here again."

"Pros: Loved the location, secluded and quiet. Overall property and room was nice. A young man who was a part of the staff was always very friendly, when walked by. Beach chairs were awesome (first come first serve). Outside area by beach was very nice. Cons: Daily parking fee (I would change this to a resort fee instead). Wi-fi was challenging...we had to use our data..staff said they were working to improve. A staff member of hotel restaurant was very rude when we asked to see a menu. You have to ask for housekeeping, so we did. They didnt sweep or give extra tp (we ran out and had to use our own). Overall a nice place and would possibly stay at again if in the area."

"In my room, the large burner on the stove top did not work really limited my ability to cook. The ice machine did not work. All the plugs on the kitchen wall did not work. The tub area on the outside had mold on it. They do not advertise that they’re gonna charge for your pet to stay in the hotel so they hit me with a charge of $100 for my cat to stay for seven days. And the added bonus if you went out past 9 o’clock at night or all the prostitutes milling about the hotel, looking for customers and drug addicts. It is a hotel for tradesmen. It is not a long term stay place for a single woman any families anyone with kids absolutely not! The best part of my day was the housekeepers they were extremely friendly"

"Shocked by how nice the facility was and how spacious the rooms were. This is a great place to stay right at Big Rock Landing with walking access to shops and dining. We will be back again!"
