"I stay at this hotel every time I go to Lake Havasu. 3 times a year and it is great. Great location. Clean. Never had any problems"

"Property is not as luxurious as the site photos look. The staff were friendly and security were always near especially when a group of Spanish speaking guests were lighting off their portable bbq in front of their room smoking up the rooms above them. The Turtle restaurant needed a bar tender. The guests next door were a bunch of young people who some didn’t have a room key and would bang on their room door both Fri and Sat mornings at 3am. I would stay again only during a weekday, it’s Havasu, a lot of young people partying on the weekend."

"Everything was dirty on the outside of the property down the halls of the property. The bed was very squeaky. The sheets were clean thank God I was giving keys to the wrong room when I opened the room there was somebody already in it the whole situation and the property in general just needs a full overhaul."

"Hotel is so beautiful! The breakfast was amazing and super clean and pretty eating area. Great view of the lake! Staff was amazing at check in! Would definitely stay again."

"Check in was super quick easy, staff was super helpful. Room was clean, it did smell a little like sewer but I think it was because we were tucked in the back. Other than that, location was super convenient."

"Not impressed with this stay. The single king bed I reserved was not available which I don’t understand.Isn’t that that part of making a reservation, which I did? The pool was out of service once again. I think It has been down the last 3 times I have come here which is not good when it’s 90 degrees outside. There was a massive cockroach in my bathtub on day 2 and the tv has a poor picture and has static/distortion on the screen. "

"The hotel is probably the best for lake Havasu. Old school vibes with modern amenities. The bar and restaurant is great and has good value. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again."
