Great hotel in old havana. Tania and the staff are fantastic. Very accomodating and helped with coordination of our old car tour and return taxi to varadero. Highly recommend this hotel

Friendly and attentive staff, tasty breakfast, nice design of the property. Recommendations for improvement: - fix shower head (leaking heavily) - check how to protect privacy of the guests (if guests turn on the light inside the room people outside can see through the windows)

It’s a small place close to food and shopping. Good for tourist if you want to walk to places. The staff Odalis, Kimani, Jackie, Tania, Jorge, and Michael all made our stay comfortable and safe.

This is an amazing property at the heart of Old Havana and it is perfect if you want to be close to the best restaurants, squares and museums in the city! The staff is exemplary from beginning to end and they made my stay even better! Maikol, Lissy Jorgito and Jackie were amazing and made me feel like I was part of the family, so for that I am very thankful and will always remember them warmly! This is one of the best casa particulares in the city so I highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were really well received by the Boutique staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The place is close to a lot of interesting icons of Old Havana. They were very attentive and the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed at full scale the two days we spent there.

THIS IS A SCAM, there are no rooms available and it's not vacant. They took my payment and didn't contact me that they were no longer open since COVID. I arrived with my sister to the place and it was in an apt complex that was hard to find. No one knew where this place was, not even the locals. When we finally found it, it was in a sketchy building. We knew we arrived at the destination was because it matched the confirmation email address and it had the REV sign in front of the apartment room. Also, a man was occupying the property opened the door and stated he was gonna contact the property manager because the room was no longer vacant. He called a women who reportedly stated she was in charge of the property and said the rooms were not vacant AND this happen to another pair of girls. It was a scary experience being in Cuba where the internet is hard to access if you do not have a card and we were walking all around Havana trying to find a place to stay. I do not want anyone to undergo this stress in a foreign country! SO DON'T BOOK HERE!

Stay here it’s great!
Great little hotel in old Havana. The team are friendly, the rooms modern, stylish and comfortable. Don’t be out off by the entrance as the hotel is built in a courtyard between apartments. Very stylish hotel! Definitely recommend and stay again if I was in the area

We couldn't have asked for a better place. Clean, beautiful, peaceful (charmingly designed), and yet located in the middle of the hustle bustle of Havana Vieja, which is most definitely the place to be in Havana (don't try other hoods). BUT most of all our stay wouldn't be the same without amazing TANIA who manages the place with so much wisdom, grace, and kindness. Oh dear, she made our stay 10 times better. She told us so much about Cuba and the city, giving information and tips, always patient and with a (real) smile.We already miss her. Seriously, I almost want to keep this place my hidden secret, but they do deserve all our compliments.

For the money we pay (over 250$a night ) it is a injustice to call this place a hotel- boutique or otherwise. Questionable internet, hot water and often plugged toilets. The entry to the establishment fits an army base. $40. Or $50. A night- very disappointing.

The internet that is offered is what is available in Cuba. In Old Havana there And most of Cuba if you throw to much toiler paper our wet naps in the toilets it will clog the system. People that have stayed with us in the past have often commutes that we are a Hidden Gem inside of run down Old Havana that is changing very fast. We would love to make this better for a return with for yourself or you a friend or family member. Please reach out and help us fingers away to offer you a better experience as most all of our guest have had.

We booked this property coming back from Viñales, it was incredibly difficult to find with no signage on the street and a very small sign within the building it’s situated. The courtyard area of the property was beautiful, but our room was tiny. Neither of us were able to open our suitcases on the floor, and there was very little room to even store them closed. The bathroom was tiny with a shower over the toilet situation. The photos of this room were deceptive and we were disappointed with the lack of any space in the room. Staff were not overly helpful, we had a cold shower when we first arrived and asked staff to fix this. We later found out they had turned the hot water off and the pilot light had gone out. No one explained this at the time, nor apologised. Overall very disappointed with our stay here considering the price.

Absolutely in love with this property! It's embedded in the heart of Old Havana; centrally located to a wide variety of attractions. The unique experience of walking through the cobblestone streets into this very unassuming buidling, and its questionable halls I must admit, then a door opens to an oasis in the middle of this concrete jungle. It was very much like a speakeasy. We were welcomed by a lady named Esperanza, who couldn't be lovelier. The rest of the staff was just as attentive. Looking forward to my next visit in Havana, and I'm definitely staying there again. Some places look better in pictures, this one looks better in person!

We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. The hotel location is excellent, in the heart of Old Havana. It has 4 rooms; 2 downstairs, 2 directly above.The bed was comfortable, The a/c worked and was quiet. There was a mini-fridge with drinks (no snacks). However the coffee maker did not work. We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly. This may be a 5-star boutique hotel by Cuban standards, but by American standards, it only deserved a 3.5 stars. The internet never did work during our entire stay. The TV only had a few Spanish speaking channels. Our guests above us stayed out until 2 am and after they had come back, we could hear all the noised they made until 3 am. We spent another 2 nights at an iconic hotel overlooking the Malecón that charged less than the Revolution Hotel. I would stayed here again but not at the price I had paid..

Revolution is a true gem.. unique and hospitable beyond expectation. The staff is warm, incredibly helpful, and beyond attentive. As this was our first time in Havana, was a fairly spontaneous trip, and as our Spanish is almost non-existent, each bit of assistance was so appreciated. They contacted us (Through Expedia's messenger - be attentive! I almost missed it..) and inquired about our needs in advance, including the offer to arrange a taxi from the airport. We took that option, and were very happy we did; the ability to head straight to our ride, knowing it was going to the right place was very much worth the small extra charge. AND the driver was able to walk us right into the building - which was great as we would have been completely lost. (I don't believe there is any signage on the outside of the building). Bonus points for the gorgeously kept up vintage taxi. The design of the property is incredibly well done and clever, and our room was cozy without being the least bit cramped. Everything worked, was clean and comfortable, we couldn't think of a thing we felt lacking. Included breakfasts were a treat - they even cooked a rice pudding for me as I cannot have gluten.. and that was beyond the eggs and tropical fruit plate. Truly, I can't say enough good things about our experience here.

Good location with super helpful staff
The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right in the middle of old Havana, so you can walk to the different area easily. We arrived at the hotel after midnight, there's overnight staff welcome us with very nice welcome cocktails. The ower and the hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. We didn't get our luggage after long flights, and they helped us to keep calling the airport staff to track the status of our luggage. They also made a superb breakfast for us, which started our day perfectly.

The trip was amazing...the only problem we had was that there are no Wi-Fi service in the hotel. Only a short period of time it worked. But the customer service was amazing. Tonya, who was the translator there was awesome. We have never received an excellent service at any hotel we ever been to. Tonya, has made sure our stay there was pleasent and that she did a wonderful job! The place looked as picture. Now the hotel is a little hidden due to it being inside a apartment building. You might feel weird walking inside the building. But once you open that door it was exactly like the image.

Boutique Perfection
Revolution Boutique Hotel was a very pleasant surprise in the heart of Havana Vieja. It was a quiet hidden gem and nice break from the busyness of old Havana. The check in was simple and the breakfast in the morning was a great way to start our day. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay!
My partner and I recently spent the wknd in Havana for his 40th birthday. We chose this hotel based on its location in old Havana, the architecture, and the great reviews the establishment received. None of it was a dissapointment! However what truly made our stay was the staff. Even before we arrived Seth reached out to accommodate specific requirements. During our stay itself we were so humbled by the warmth and generosity of the staff it felt like home from home. This little gem is a must if you are planning to stay in Havana!

This is a fabulous small boutique hotel right in the heart of Old Havana. It is very authentic - the hotel is in an old apartment building - when you walk in to the building you get a real Old Havana experience (rustic) but then when you enter the hotel (which is akin to entering an apartment in the building) you find that you are in a little oasis right in the heart of it all. The rooms are very modern - very clean, comfortable and chic! There is an open air area for breakfast and we were treated to a wonderful breakfast each morning. When you step out of the hotel and into the streets of Havana you can immediately hear music from the nearby bars and restaurants. We will definitely return!

Great place to stay in Habana Vieja
The cab driver got stuck in a huge pot hole driving me to this hotel, but after that unfortunate experience, everything else about this boutique hotel was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, and the location in Habana Vieja was perfect: in the middle of a bustling tourist area but hidden on a small street and very quiet. The decor and architecture were charming. I would definitely recommend this to first-time travelers to Habana.
