Me and my husband stayed here for four days as our wedding anniversary. If you are like me and my husband that have been to all inclusive hotel in the Caribbean (Dominican Republic) this is not the all inclusive that you see there. Pro: Beach is close to Hotel. You can also go outside of the facility and buy food. Hotel is clean. I love my bed it was so comfortable.By the way I was 7 month pregnant so this was a plus!!!. They have a bus that takes you to Habana from 10:00am-5:00 P.M.Front desk are willing to help Cons:Food is limited,many flies all over the food.snack bar only has one thing (bread with cheese and ham and o/or beef burger) and some alcoholic beverage Entertainment is also limited, not much to do.I felt bored in the afternoons. But other than that. It was good to meet get to know other culture.

Skip this place!
Hotel canceled our reservation before we could even check in due to an issue with the water on the entire property. Very disappointing since we had taken a cab from Havana to stay by the beach for a few days. Then we waited for hours while they were trying to figure out where/how to book people in other hotels and then we were supposed to wait even longer for a shuttle they arranged to take us to new hotels. We paid and took a cab out of their on our own. Poor customer service, poor food (we ate in the lunch buffet while waiting) poor drinks in bar. On the beach yes but that’s about all you can say about this place; I would skip it and look for something better!

I arrived at such a late night but the staff at the front counter was very nice. A room I have stayed was clean and comfortable. Buffet for every meals was good. I do not care that there were many flies in there because some windows was open. But you can see the beach behind the hotel from there. I felt so refresh. I guess buffet at lunchtime and dinner time, a musician group played musics and sang songs. I loved the performance. There was so many amenities such as bar, restaurant, pool, gym that are all free. So you can enjoy staying here. But using wifi is only at the lobby though. Anyway fully satisfied!!

A Mixed Bag
The swimming pool was nice, the room was OK, the food was atrocious, the staff generally quite helpful (especially front desk & maid service). The waiter service in the dining room was a mixed bag front being attentive to totally unaware of customer needs and more interested in chatting with their fellow workers. Tepid water in shower was erratic- sometimes hot, others only cold

Everyone was trying to do their best with the resources they have. The bathtub was completely damaged and the condition of the hotel with the food was so so but if you are there for the beach and ocean nore than the quality of the hotel then this hotel can work for you.

Great place to stay!
My mom and I stayed here for 4 nights and we really loved it. It’s not clean like 1st world country hotels but for the price and why you get totally worth it. Friendly staff, lots of good Buffett options, and good drinks and right on the beach. I would definitely come back!! It also has a free bus to Havana:). Just temper your first world expectations on a 3rd world country:)

Great location on beach The food was horrible!!!! Was there for 3 nights and they never changed the towel or swept the floor. Clearly only made up the bed. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but the hotel staff could have been more friendly and clean The beach is probably the best thing about the hotel. Did I mention the food was terrible?

Good for the money close to beach, all inclusive.
I stay for only one day. The hotel is o.k for the money. I reserved a week ahead of time and when I got there on a Sunday they said they did not have a record of my reservation and made me come up with a deposit of $89.00 until they clarify the issue. I found it very unprofessional. What about if I do not have the additional funds? I was not happy at all. They refunded me the money at check out time. They have a night show with Cuban music and dancers, very entertaining. The a/c in my room was extremely noisy to the point I had to turned it off to be able to sleep. The room has a safe for valuables but it cost about a $1 cuc a day. The food is decent at the buffet room and the proximity to the beach is what I really love. there is a restaurant available only by reservations so plan that ahead of your arrival to cover all the angles. Despite the minuses I would stay there again knowing what to expect.

Close to beach
Hotel was out dated but for the price it was ok. Staff was friendly. 22 oz cups were given for the drinks but were well worth it. Food was pleasing but not all day or 24 hours.

Besides a couple of attentive and customer service oriebted staff the place feels depressed, extremely outdated and hazardous rooms. The staff seemed to have lost all motivation in both the food Preparation and maintenance. Smart phones and chatting to colleagues seem to be priority number one and you have to excuse yourself for disturbing their busy talks. I am not fresh to Cuba and i am very familiar with the challenges but this place shows the absolute worst side of the country and its people. The beach and gym are a definite plus
