The accommodation itself is nice and in a good area. My issue was was the manager who is the older son who seems to look after the property and he seems to be the one that deals with any issues. I had booked a specific room in the house and when I arrived after a long flight we were shown to our room. The room we were given was definitely not the room i booked. the next day I spoke to staff and the manager, who said we were in the right room and they were full so could do nothing about this. The upstairs part of the room where the bed was began smelling of damp and had no real ventilation. When i spoke to the manager again he again said nothing he could do, then went on to say this was the room I had booked. I assured him it was not. The next again day I asked if there was any way of being moved. I eventually spoke to the younger brother and he was really helpful and polite, he got us an air fresher for the room. He also called his brother who then spoke to me on the phone in an extremely rude manner, basically accused me of lying and telling me that I had booked this room and if I was not happy he could suggest somewhere else to stay. I had booked to stay here twice on my visit , however do not return for the last night as I felt totally unwelcome and worried I would be put in the same room.
