¡Muy estimados Sr Jorge y Sra Marisa! ¡¡¡Hermana República de Puerto Rico!!! ¡Escribo entonces en español!Nos sorprende mucho este comentario al parecer por la insistencia del recordatorio de expedia de dejarnos una reseña 21 días después de concluida su estancia y que en nada ayuda a nuestro equipo ni a los viajeros que visitan nuestras páginas, lamentablemente pudiéramos declararlos de igual manera como: CLIENTES NO GRATOS en nuestro hostal por el estado deplorable y sucio en el que dejaron su habitación, la poca comunicación a pesar de los intentos, jamás probaron nuestro jacuzzi ni consumieron a penas agua o un cóctel en nuestra barra, pues no permanecieron a penas tiempo en la instalación y la única gestión en la que pudimos colaborarle fue su transfer de salida al aeropuerto... la próxima vez o al hotel donde vayan a alojarse les rogamos sean más explícitos y cuenten sus experiencias en sus reseñas! ¡Ello es de bien educado y edifica! ¡Un saludo afectuoso de parte de todo el equipo y ojalá algún miembro de su familia o amigos puedan revisar el resto de nuestros 94 comentarios en la plataforma para que decida pasar un buen rato en este pequeño hostal en la Habana donde prima el respeto y el deseo de que se lo pasen bien con absoluta transparencia!
