Great hotel and my first time there but, very loud guests each night until way after 12. This should not be permitted on the property. It sounded like a very large and rowdy crowd every evening. I won’t be going here again.

Very upset
I have to admit that it was one of the best hotels I have visited in Cuba, the only thing that made my stay dirty was the treatment of a character that according to him is the Head of shift who was working the night of February 28 2020, then I show his photo . This person with a declared courage to humiliate me, saw himself decomposing and verbally assaulted me, creating in me a total discomfort in the rest of my stay. Thank you for everything else and honestly it is a shame that people like this join the work of a whole team.

No so good ,My husband had to call The hotel 3 times prior to arrival to confirm reservations, because the person who handled that , was no there at that time , or computer problems! , even though the arrival day we had to wait because they couldn’t find the reservation. Our room appliances (hair dryer and iron,didn’t work, I think they had electric problems , room dated, Make sure you bring soap with you , they don’t replace it Food good enough keeping in mind we was in Cuba but cold, Restaurant personnel, need to be ask several times to refill drinks or bring water,because they was to busy gossiping Nice beach . Pool bar personnel very attentive

In comparison with reviews on other hotels - this is a perfect place to have a seaside stay in Cuba - not too far away from Havana airport and city center like Varadero. Very good food in restaurant, maybe choice limited, but quality - ok. 24 hours AI bar in lobby. Big pool and nice beach.

THE WORST The phone number on file didn’t work when I tried to get to the hotel. Bad odour in the room. Bugs everywhere in the room Lots of staff don’t speak English Entertainment is not in English I asked for extra blankets but did not get any so I caught a cold/flu sleeping in coldness. No free drinkable water in the room. Broken AC, hairdryer. No soundproof. No refund when I checked out ealier.

What I loved the most about this hotel was the friendliness of the staff. With a few exceptions, almost everybody was caring and showed a genuine concern about our stay. The rooms were very comfortable, all utilities were running in perfect conditions: hot water, air conditioner, etc. The restaurant had an ample variety of food. The 24 hr open bar was really good, drinks and service. The entertainment activities were various as well, day and night. Access to the beach is very easy, although the conditions of the connecting bridge are not the best. We loved the beach with its transparent water, and we even took a trip on the catamaran. Our 3 day stay was very pleasant. My family and I enjoyed it and we are looking forward to coming back again next year. Thank you!!!

Our experience was NO good at all. Fortunately, we were just for a night. The entrance is at 2:30pm. They didnt allow us to have lunch in our first night because was "hotel politicy". Food variety is very poor. Last day there was not water in the hole hotel. I really NO recommend this hotel.

I saw that the reviews for this place was very mixed, either people loved it or hated it so I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised as I had a good experience here. I really liked the place, the pool and the food. I thought there was quite a bit of variety for food which was a nice change of pace for Cuba. It is a two minute walk to the beach also. Not everything was perfect as I did not have water in my room twice in three days! But overall and for the money I paid I thought this place was great and I would recommend it.

The staff need to improve customer service, food was terrible , they cut the water service most of the time ,the bridge that conect the hotel with the beach area is in a really bad condition , no ice at the restaurants , was a very bad experience for me and my family.

The hotel don’t have recreations, so everyday eating and drinking in the pool is the only activity possible The buffet is terrible,very very poor, the Java Chi is making the food and eating in the same time. The property is nice and tropical (not as nice as other all inclusive resorts I’ve been to in the Caribbean) the pool is very large and has music playing that isn’t too overbearring but it’s a lively atmosphere not a relaxing one. There are two bars open at all times, the drinks were fine but very very small so you need to get a refill every 5 sips. The food was not great. At all. The snack bar option was terrible and hardly had any food there ever. The restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner was ok. Again, not as great as other al-inclusives I’ve had. Some of the staff was very friendly and some were very rude or unhappy. The beach is pretty, there’s a small area with chairs and guards during the day. However, in the evening on the beach it is no longer safe as a tourist with a camera. I was told I would get mugged if I had my camera out :( The rooms are big and nice. The AC worked great, I was actual freezing haha. The shower pressure is so so All in all I wasn’t upset that I stayed here but I wouldn’t choose to stay again. It wasn’t expensive so I didn’t except much but it’s so far from anything else that leaving for dinner didn’t make sense either.

Very good stay, clean and functional rooms, perfect location with nice swimming pool and adjacent beach; only minus points were the shortage of pina collada's and mochito's due to missing ingredients! The food in the restaurant was very good but the "24h pool bar restaurant" in reality was open only a few hours per day.

It was the worst experience ever.
It was a family vacation time, I select this hotel, because the great reviews. For me and my family it was very disappointing.the room smelled musty, the pool was slippery, dirty and the common areas dirty. We lost the pool towels and had a bad time, they made us feel like thieves. If you want bottle beer you have to pay for it.
