The staff is friendly and accommodating, assisted us in all our requests - from arranging activities and shuttling to nearby restaurants, to restocking the fridge, etc. That being said, the property needs a bit of a refresh. "This place is PARADISE! We rented the main 4br Villa just for the two of us since it was all that was available, but felt like it was still a steal! The bed was so comfortable, the house clean with tropical decor, and it's SO beautiful in the back - like your own (manicured and beautiful) jungle on the beach. We loved all the Buddha statues that were softly lit at night, and the most epic giant wind chimes (they were huge so they were deep/low tones but still soft and soothing!). Stefanie, our welcoming manager, was gracious and full of great information. The hosts Kathy and Franck were around the property from time to time to tend to some things in the other bungalows, but were totally respectful and not intrusive at all. They were lovely people, great hosts, and obviously care deeply about providing a great experience for their guests! Mauruuru and congratulations for creating such a wonderful place!"
