"The Avon Motel is a value considering their prices. It is clean and the basic amenities are jn working order. The owners are friendly and accommodating. The beach is close but for an elderly person hard to get on and off due to the large dune. There are some really good restaurants in the Avon-Buxton area. I have gone there for many years but will need to find a motel with more amenities and easier beach access."

"The Lazy river was amazing. All your worries melt away while floating around and the warmth of the sun. The direct ocean views are the best way to start and end your day. House was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware"

"Loved our stay!!! Place was clean and welcoming. The only 2 things we would say we would have liked were that The outside light on the main balancy outside the door didn't work. And the chairs on the top balancy were the short Chairs not the tall ones so you couldn't see over the dunes, but we made do."
