Small bathroom
Bathroom was very small, small shower and shower curtain was dirty at the bottom. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. The AC unit was an old noisy unit with just an off/on switch, no temperature adjustment.

Far from shopping/ groceries , but there is a restaurant next door. The receptionist is very friendly, quick check in, area is very clean. Very good for an overnight stay.

Super cute little RV/Campground to stay at on the road. We were just passing through and it was perfect. The sweet lady that runs the place was so friendly and had breakfast stuff ready. We stayed in a room. Great view, clean and comfy. perfect for us. Thank you!

Not a lot of amenties but if looking for a relaxing quiet stop this is it. No tv in rooms which we was ok with but others may not like it

The location is great and the price was wonderful for a family location. We came in late after the staff left for the day, and they made it very easy to find our room and key. The beds were not as good as most hotel rooms and there was no hot water in the shower.

What an absolutely pleasant surprise! I never really know a lot about where I am going to stay. This property is situated in sheer beauty which compliments the friendly and helpful staff as well as very comfortable motel rooms with amazing names!

Our host, Nicole was very friendly and helpful. Lone Ranger room has great view of meadow and stream. Room can use an update. No TV, but we were there to sleep and shower. Most of our time was spent at Bryce Canyon.

Welcomed by Very friendly staff member who was very helpful and eager to help with any travel questions. Rooms were clean and practical. It was a good stopover place for us to rest up for the night at a reasonable price. Nothing I didn’t like.

Riverside Ranch
Great scenery, Nichol, the property manager is awesome. Very friendly and personable. Good location. A little driving to get to any amenities but not bad.

Riverside Ranch stay
The room was clean, but the furnishings were dated. There was no TV which surprised us. There was also no kleenex or any hooks to hang clothes or coats on. There was no closet so at least a coat rack would be nice. There is a beautiful view out of the window. Breakfast didn't start till 7:30 which was a drawback since we needed to get an early start. Also, even though there was a coffeemaker in the room they had run out of coffee packets to make coffee--so no breakfast or coffee available early. The price was right and it was clean, but these few extra little things would've gone a long way to making the stay a bit better. The outside of the buildings look like they could use a bit of maintenance and sprucing up.

I had a wonderful time at this establishment. Beth at the front desk is perfect. She’s helpful, compassionate, considerate. And we had a few problems that she helped us rectify very easily. The room was clean and comfortable plenty of hot water dark at night quiet. It’s definitely stay here again.

I loved the fire pit available for guests and the breakfast in the morning. There was a beautiful view. Unfortunately during our stay the room above us was noisy late into the night.

It was a good spot for a two night stay between Zion and Bryce. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was nothing special but it was clean and all we needed it for was sleeping and showering. Dinner at the Outlaw Saloon was great and fun.

We have coffee available any hours the office is open, in the office. I'm sorry you had trouble with the ac, but I promise all our ac units are working and that includes the room you were in. We stayed just for one night in the Lone Ranger room. It was ok as a quick stop before heading to Bryce Canyon. Camping and RV spots looked good though... great views.

Gem at the edge of 2 parks
This little hotek was quirky and beautiful. Overlooking the river and mountain ranges, each room is themed and quaint. Dont expect big city excitement, this is a rural setting. But thw rooms were comfortable and cute. Air conditioner, heater, refrigerator, microwave all available. Its rural so there are bugs on the porch after dark. Took us a bit to rid the room, but that was our fault. The proprietress is awesome as is her greeting dog. Also a lovely barn cat greeted us. *hint: no place is open for coffee before 7 am. Also, try the ranch house restaurant just before you reach Bryce. Great food. East Zion Adventures has great guided tours

A touch of Heaven
My husband and I were travelling through Utah with our small dog. We were able to park in front of our room which made unloading and loading our suitcases a breeze. Our dog (and us) loved the wide open space to walk and relax after a long days drive. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Views were awesome. The people checking us in and out couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We will be staying there again on our way back home.

Homey feeling with a very clean and inviting room. Felt at home and private immediately. Very nice to walk down to the campground and watch birds in the evening. Even though too windy to have a fire in the communal pit, we truly could see enjoying that.
