Nice clean hotel. Very spacious room. In the centre of town, every where is within walking distance. Shopping and food is just around the corner. Staff friendly. Easy to get tranportation to go around Hat Yai.

市中心部に位置し、比較的信頼出来そうな印象だったため選択した。 空港からタクシーに乗ったが、到着したのはNew Season Square Hotel。帰りのGrabでもNew Season Square Hotelで待っていたようで、知名度としては劣るようだ。ハトヤイ自体がマレーシア華僑の観光地であり、宿泊客はほぼマレーシア華僑。ホテルとしては必要最低限である印象だが、マレーシア華僑が泊まってくれるから、それ以外の宿泊客はどうでもいいという印象。 良かった点： ・リーガーデンに徒歩10分程度と、繁華街に近く、食事、買い物などには比較的便利な場所にあり、移動にも不便さはなかった。 ・シティホテル程度の規模があり、フロントの対応も標準的な印象だった。 ・値段の割には部屋も広く、清潔感があり、エアコン、冷蔵庫、セキュリティボックス、バスタブあり、一通り揃っているため安心感がある。 ・大通り側ではなく、裏側の部屋だったため、屋外からの騒音等はなかった。 改善が必要な点： ・デポジット現金1,000Bが必要。 ・各部屋のドアを閉める時に必ず“バタン！”と衝撃音を発生する。そのため、人が出入りする度にドアを閉める音が響き渡ってうるさい。静かに閉めようとしたが、無理だった。 ・壁が薄いと思われ、隣、上階からの騒音は酷いレベル。隣のテレビの音、音楽が非常にクリアに聴こえた。繁忙期は恐らく大変なことになるだろう。 ・デラックスルームということで、ダブルベッドのはずだったが、実はシングルベッドを二つ並べたもの。つまり、ベッドの真ん中で寝ることが出来ない。 ・洗面所と部屋との間に段差があり、何度もつまづいて指を怪我した。これは設計ミス。 ・シャワーヘッドは固定式で壊れかけていることもあり使い勝手が悪かった。シャワーカーテンの端から水が漏れ、毎回、洗面所の床が水浸しになった。 チェックアウト時に持参したバウチャーによる宿泊証明を頼んだところ拒否。エクスペディアの領収書で代用しろ、宿泊証明は必要なら別途メールで送ると言われた。その後に宿泊証明を依頼したが、結果は一切拒否。残念ながら、ホテルとしての資質が全く欠如している模様。嘘、偽りがあると信用問題に関わるという概念はそもそもないようだ。 結局、“マレーシア華僑が泊まってくれるから、それ以外の宿泊客など、どうでもいい”ということ。 エクスペディア等の代理店経由で予約をした宿泊客にはぞんざいな対応をしてしまう典型的な例であった。

Great service and location

I stayed in the old building. Reno may not be as wow but is decent enough. Room is spacious. Hotel service is awesome. They are fast to response to our requests and also very helpful when we have queries on how to travel around the area. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the malls and street food and shopping in the night. Very nice place. Will come back again.
