Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood and quite near to markets and shopping mall. A big drawback is hotel has no lift so you have climb daily especially if your room is on the 3rd (top) floor.
The hotel is very clean and in new condition. The service we received was very prompt and always with a smile.
The beds are comfortable and breakfast was delicious southern Thai food.
The only downside of the room was that in the morning you can hear people in the hallway which was kind of annoying, but none the less would stay here again.
Overall everything is just great, the staff is fluent in both English and Chinese, very helpful and patient. Other than the location (sadly the only weak aspect for it, quite far from all the traveling hotspot in Hat Yai - which can be a good thing cause its quite and peaceful). The foods are great and just overall great hotel.

Comfortable for a stay , even its at 2.2km distance from city centre and not a pleasant view from balcony .Tuk tuk ( transport ) service and even the receipniost could roughly suggests us for olaces to visit in a small talk .Very Good hospitality.and the food at their restaurant is amazing too.
저렴한 가격에 좋은 시설에서 머무를수 있었습니다~ 주변도 먹을곳도 많고, 출장여행으로는 아주 좋았습니다.

Disliked: Room comfort
hotel room size was ok, no lift, so if you don’t like stairs.... there were only three hangers for clothes and no chair in the room although there was plenty of space for one, i found the bed too hard for comfort, and the toilet seat was a cheap and nasty variety. the location of the hotel is away from the town centre so taxis or scooter rental will be needed. the breakfast was very limited for choice and the thai food was very spicy indeed, which i liked. would i stay there again....... yes, if i had too,
The Hotel is very nice but the counter staff especially in the morning is unfriendly.
the breakfast is simple and not interesting at all.Besides Tom Yam soup toast was offered with cheap planta margarine. Pre fried eggs were also available.I would rather rent a room without breakfast if I should stay again there. It is important to have a car since the distance to the Town centre is quite far.
The experience in the hotel is nice, although on the first day, our aircon was not working. Called down and they quickly came up and fixed it for us. The service there is very efficient.
The only bad thing about this hotel is the location. It is very far away from the town area, and there's nothing much near the hotel, 7-11 is about 15 mins walk away as well. It's very inconvenient. Whenever we want to return to our hotel after shopping at town area, many of the tuktuk uncles did not know where is lalita boutique and took quite some time to find the hotel.
Overall, I'm still impressed because the service is very good. My Friend and I enjoyed our stay there.
