Great stay, clean room and friendly staffs

Overall is a great stay in this hotel. Walking distance to Mcdonald, Diana shopping complex and some hawker food and restaurants. Will be a perfect location if there is convenience shop and massage shop nearby.

Check in strictly 2pm. No extra pillow or key card. Room size good enough even for couple. Downside - toilet door opening inconvenient Overall clean hotel, friendly staff and also convenient to food and tutu or motorbike taxi.

Basic hotel . Clean towel . Near Diana Mall with food option nearby. 20-30minutes walk to Lee Garden. Check in strictly after 2pm, only 1keycard , no extra pillow. Short stay and if you mainly not in room ok. TV channel can be improve and consider issue guest 2 keycard . Blind not totally blackout.

We were aware of the No Smoking Policy at the Hotel. But don't simply accuse when you only found an empty box of cigarette in the bin. I actually booked 3 room for a night to rest from our long rides around Thailand. After breakfast before check out, a smoker friend in one of the room went smoking downstairs. He went up again to gather his things and throw all rubbish including the cigarette empty box before check out. Without checking or asking us the truth situation, the receptionist did not return the deposit money. When we demand the deposit money back, only then they informed us that the money retained as fine for smoking in the room. But that was only an accusation without any prove. Yes the manager found empty box, slight smoke smell but not ashes nor stain to prove any smoking done in the room. Only when we argued and tried to proof us innocent, it almost turned into a heated argument, but end up the Manager agreed to returned the deposited money. No apologies from the Manager for blind accusation, wasted our time and delayed our journey.
