This amazing modern 3-bedroom townhouse has everything you need for a peaceful holiday in Hat Head. Spacious and airy with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This home boasts all the luxury inclusions you would expect from a home including a beautifully renovated bathroom with a luxurious full bath – a place to kick back and simply relax!

This property has all linen supplied. Other features include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans in two bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. This property is pet friendly (outside only) in the large and very secure courtyard and grassed areas.

Pack your swimmers, sunscreen, and snorkels. Bring your fishing rod, and throw a line in the creek or walk across the dunes through the bush to the beach - just a short walk to the Hat Head Surf Club, Hat Head creek and the Bowling Club.

Hat Head offers a beautiful white sandy beach with tidal creek inlet, fantastic coastal walks through the National Park to other secluded beaches, a Bowling Club with greens and restaurant, in a quiet seaside village. Annual Hat Head pilgrimage
The property was generally as described and has had a recent average renovation. Needs general maintenance and better cleaning. Kitchen is well equipped but cooktop and oven difficult to use. No fans downstairs nor in one very small bedroom with bunks. Third bedroom very small. Upstairs has little insulation or cross breeze and unbearably hot. Would greatly benefit from air conditioning. Attached to other duplex and lots of cross noise from neighbours. No yard but good courtyard and two hanging spaces for laundry which is great for a beach holiday. Laundry facilities good. Owners must have a dog which is great but the cleaning didn’t cater for it! Windows also very dirty. Hat Head is a great location wherever you are in the town so that makes up for Arcos’ shortcomings.
