"Decent sized room (panoramic king) able to open 2 big luggages. Great location, across from main train stn, and short walk to old town. Newer hotel facilities, but need to request for amenities such as room slippers. Supermarket, pharmacy, food all within reach, enjoyed my stay."

"It was a nice place to stay and convenient to have a beer/wine vending machine, however it was far from the city centre, about 40 minutes by bus and tram. Getting back in the evening was also difficult as the buses didn't run late and we had to walk about 15 minutes from the last bus stop. There is nothing worth seeing around and limited food options, so there's no value in being so far from the city centre aside from a slightly lower price. Breakfast was good (13 euros extra). "Beautiful "romantic suite" room overseeing the cathedral square. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Do NOT follow the instructions on Google Maps to the hotel. Instead, use the directions that the hotel sends ahead of time for parking and location. You'll save yourself a lot of trouble."

"Lovely remote chalet that is still ideally situated in the black forest to visit, with a short drive, the clock makers and glass blowers and triburg falls. Owners are very friendly, the food is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable."

"Very safe as use a key card for the lift and main entrance after 10pm. Staff were wonderful and so friendly. Room immaculate and beds comfy. Beautiful views over the hills. Breakfast was excellent.
