We had a truly lovely stay at Novotel Bomonti. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Seraf, Emre, and Izzet for their kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude really stood out.
The food was delicious and the hotel clearly pays attention to every detail. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city, which my mom especially enjoyed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm, elegant, and well maintained.
The only small inconvenience was that the pool was closed for maintenance, so we were not able to use it. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations.
My mom and I genuinely had a great time here, and we will definitely be choosing Novotel Bomonti again for our next trip to Istanbul. Highly recommended."
"Great hotel, centrally located. There’s a train station not too far away, local attractions are a short walk away.
The staff are friendly and ready assist with anything. It’s always wonderful to be greeted by Mustafa-the house keeper, he makes sure rooms are clean and tidy.
The breakfast is amazing, a great spread of breads, salads and cheese.
Big shout to Asma who makes the best omelettes, always with a smile and she remembers you following day too:)
We couldn’t experience the pool as it was closed, they have a lovely restaurant on the roof top with great views of the city."
"The hotel is very new , clean and beautiful the breakfast is one of the best I have had in a hotel .
Staff is very polite and helpful.
Problem was our credit card did not work although they worked everywhere in Istanbul & the same with our friends another couple. it was a disturbing situation and our friends had to put all their cash to the hotel. They have an issue they said maybe with some cards and will try to solve it .
No upgrades at Rixos no drinks only free parking for a car we don’t have
