"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable.
On top of that, we specifically booked an accommodation with a terrace, but were given a room with no terrace at all. This was misleading and not what we paid for.

"The check out process was not like expected. No one cared about us leaving. I had to look for someone to return my key for almost 20-25 minutes. No one will make sure you are in there and taken care of. "
