"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "This is a beautiful place. Gorgeous landscaping, plenty of places to sit or walk the trails. Very clean. We didn't like the shower in our room, and there were quite a few stairs to our elevator which was difficult with luggage. I really would have stayed longer if we could. "It's a nice hotel with good sized rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to see a small refrigerator and microwave in the rooms, with table, chairs, sofa at no extra cost. The couple who manages this hotel are very friendly as well. It will be nice if they provide the proper tea cups in the rooms, instead of the plastic ones.
