The space This majestic townhouse is 800 sq feet and is beautifully renovated with a private entrance and back yard with firepit and BBQ. The view of the mountains out of the master bedroom, deck and main floor living room is unparalleled. We use this place often so have done many upgrades that rental-only places don't get:
-Brand new Endy Beds -55" Smart TV in the living room and 43" smart TV in the master bedroom (both equipped with full cable TV, Netflix and Prime). -There are excellent quality knife sets, cooking utensils, a crock-pot, wok, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper etc. -Touchless soap dispensers. -There is a Keurig coffee maker in the master bedroom so you can sip on some java while watching the morning sun hit Mount Rundle. -Brand new appliances. -In-floor heating to warm your feet on the main floor and a gas fireplaces surrounded by river rock. -A cabinet stocked with games to entertain you in the evening. -A BBQ and firepit in the back for cooking and relaxing (propane is supplied for the BBQ's). -If you want to work from the mountains instead of the city, we have a dedicated Shaw high speed internet connection. -We even have a Kryptonite lock in the back to lock up you bikes (the trails right from the complex are amazing). -A ski closet at the front door or keep them in/on your vehicle in the safely lit parking lot.
Why should you book here? 1 - Close proximity to both Canmore (4 minute drive) and Banff (12 minute drive) 2 - We supply a National Park Pass for you to use 3 - You get two bedrooms with air conditioning and a fully stocked kitchen 4 - We are right on the "Legacy Trail" which you can bike right to Banff from our front door. 5 - Hundreds of KM's of hiking, skiing, biking trails right out the front door. 6 - Close to all major ski resorts (Norquay, Sunshine, Lake Louise or even Kicking Horse) 7 - Beautifully situated the farthest from the highway (no road noise) with a picturesque view of Mount Rundle and a back yard with a firepit and BBQ.
It's all about the details and we've tried to think of everything. So the question isn't why would you stay here, the question is why wouldn't you want to stay here ;-)
Note: This unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults and 1 kid/teen (the bunk access isn't ideal for adults).
Guest access You will have access to the entire townhouse with a private entrance and a shared back yard with BBQ's, a firepit and seating.
Beds: We often get questions on the bed situation. There are two bedrooms upstairs. Each has a queen bed and one also has a Twin XL on an upper bunk (best for kids or teens as you have to climb a ladder which is rated for under 150lbs). The bunk is a full twin XL (36x80") bed. Full bathroom upstairs. On the main floor there is a queen pullout couch and another full bathroom.
Please feel free to send us a message if you need any more information.
Thanks!

It was a great location, between Banff and Canmore. The chalet was clean and cozy. We enjoyed making meals in the kitchen and cuddling by the fire and watching movies after days filled with outdoor activities. It was a great holiday!!

Very clean and well appointed. Amazing view of Mt Rundle. Perfect jumping off point to explore Banff and Canmore. Discovery Pass was a huge benefit! Would definitely stay again!
We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back! It had everything you could want or need for a stay! The view from the master bedroom was amazing to enjoy morning coffee! Being outside of Canmore was very nice too, we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet after busy days!

We loved our stay here! The communication was easy. The access was perfect. No issues with parking. Everything you needed for a family vacation in the mountains.
The Condo was clean, well appointed and well laid out. The location in Canmore was perfect! Easy access to Canmore... On ramp to Banff and places beyond just down the road. Gorgeous views and amazing hikes abound! The area is secluded and quiet. The hiking, fishing, sightseeing and vibe were all outstanding!
Loved this place! I wish we could have stayed longer. It had everything we needed, even my teenagers were comfortable! We really enjoyed after a day of exploring to cook a nice meal, put our feet up, turn on the fireplace and look out at the mountain rage. We would definitely return!
My sisters and I had a great time here. The front windows have an incredible view of Mount Rundle and we had plenty of room. It was clean and comfortable. We had all our breakfasts and dinners there with plenty of plates, silverware, and pans. The location is perfect. Just outside the park gates and a few minutes from Canmore which has a Safeway and lots of convenience. Laun gave us several helpful tips and communicated clearly and promptly. We can't wait to come back.
Great location, close to Banff national park! It’s also only 15 min away from downtown Banff. Word of warning make sure you have the park pass visible in your car even in downtown Banff or you will get a warning. Super helpful they had a pass for you to use! Do yourself a favor and hike to the Lake Agnes Tea House or the Plain of six glacier tea house in Banff, you won’t regret it.

The property was in great shape, clean & quiet. It had all of the accessories and supply's in the bathrooms and kitchen that we needed. The townhouse was well appointed and upgraded finishes. The check-in procedures were well thought out and easy. Communication of what to expect and our responsibilities were clear.
Definitely would stay there again and recommend it to anyone, especially if you want a family vacation.
We stayed here while visiting Banff. The drive into town and accessing the national park was quick and easy!
Laun let us know our rental was available earlier in the day and that was a lovely surprise to check in early and get settled. Parking is plentiful. Owners were very responsive and provided extra items for comfort and convenience.
Location is also very convenient to Canmore where we shopped, ate, and used for tour pick-ups.
The townhouse is well appointed and everything is in excellent condition. Our hiking equipment was easily accommodated and we never felt crowded with our 'stuff'.
We did not take advantage of the outdoor grills or fire pit but that was a nice 'extra'. There is a Keurig in the Master Bedroom so a cup of coffee was literally steps away while you take in the view of the mountains from the balcony.
So nice to have full size washer and dryer on the second floor with all supplies provided.
Definitely would recommend this VRBO.
PERFECT location!! Out of the hussel of Banff, but only a short drive, and very close to Canmore. Master bedroom is great, spacious with small balcony. 2nd bedroom is small, but both beds slept very comfortably. Would recommend this chalet! The national pass that the owners supply is a great addition!
