Every department demonstrated exceptional professionalism, including reception, room service, housekeeping, and especially the food and beverage team. I would like to extend special appreciation to Duty Manager, Food Department and Housekeeping for their outstanding service and dedication. What stood out most was the genuine willingness of every team member to assist. We were a group of 21 people, and each one of us was thoroughly impressed by the warmth and efficiency of the staff. A special mention goes to Food Department, who went above and beyond—not only accommodating specific dietary requirements for some members of our group but also personally ensuring that special requests beyond the buffet menu were fulfilled seamlessly. " Had a fantastic three-night stay at Storii by ITC Shanti Morada. Having stayed at six different hotels in Goa, this one easily stands out as my favorite. The food was excellent, the staff were exceptional, and the heritage décor added a unique charm to the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and personal. Shuhana and the team took the time to ask about my journey, presented me with a necklace, and gave me a detailed tour of both the property and my room. Rakish, at the service and bar, was outstanding—engaging, attentive, and consistently ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. Laltu truly made the experience feel like home. He always seemed to be around whenever I needed anything, offering help with genuine care and warmth. I also had the pleasure of meeting Arpit, who checked in on my stay and ensured everything was going smoothly. It was a thoughtful and classy gesture that added to an already memorable visit. Even during checkout, he was incredibly helpful and accommodated a late checkout to align with my airport transfer. I would highly recommend this hotel for its authentic Goan atmosphere, five-star service, and peaceful location in North Goa. If you do stay here, I encourage you to look out for and appreciate the wonderful team members—Laltu, Rakish, Shuhana, and Arpit—who truly make the experience special. "The property is spread out. Some of the rooms are in a four plex building, while some are single chalets or duplexes. Dining restaurants are quite far from the majority of rooms, requiring walking or taking a golf cart ride. The buildings are generally well maintained as are the grounds and landscape. The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms ( relative to the square footage) are small. The resort has plenty of staff, but there is no sense of prompt customer service. From the room if one calls for service there is no one at the other end to answer or concern. One has to take the trek to the lobby, only to get an apology. We arranged a ride into Pajim to get there at a specific time time; however, the ride didn't show up on time, and finally did after much complaining. Again all we received was an apology. The much-touted Caravela was a disappointment. Old and very dark, and the service rather slow. Food was okay, but not befitting the Taj standards. The sister resort next to the HV has better restaurants, and one in particular - Paper Moon ( Italian Specialty) had the best service offered. What we didn't appreciate was that kids were allowed into a fine dining restaurant. One already gas to cope with kids in the pool and public spaces. Fine dining restaurants should a reprieve for guests to enjoy meals and drinks in a quite and serene space, following an hectic and chaotic day out and about. So for couples and those travelling in an adult group be cautious booking."
