"This cottage needs serious attention. No place to hang coats or towels. No room to prepare food. Microwave is on top of fridge. Ceilings are peeling. There are hooks at top of bathroom door but are over 7 feet from floor. We couldn’t reach. Parking was at a premium. Our last night we got the last spot in the public parking lot at the end of the street. The floor was unbelievably cold. Sleeps 5 but only four chairs to eat but really no place to slice, chop and dice. Coffee and toast is practical though. Coffee maker should be one that has automatic shut off for safety. Location is awesome. Our daughter lives a block away. "

"The distance to the bathroom was far and which the major lighting over the sink did not work... and it was in the laundry room with no door.Host was helpful. HVAC not easy to adjust.Living room was good.Loved the lighting in the dining room. House was noisy with no carpeting."

The space was family-friendly with many activities provided for our use. The location was walkable to playgrounds, parks and some restaurants. The beaches at Sandy Hook were a very short ride away.
