"LOVED IT!! The house was spacious, clean, well equipped, and basically brand new! The location was perfect for a variety of excursions and restaurants. My kids loved the archery set way more than I expected....to the point that we are investing in our own equipment! "The tiny home was cute and well cared for but not appropriate for winter stays in Leadville. The house was very cold and the floors were frigid - you couldn't walk around without shoes on. In addition, the beds had very limited blankets, and even when we asked for comforters for the bed, the host brought only thin, small blankets. I imagine the house would be a lovely spot in the summer, but it was quite uncomfortable for a winter stay. "
