"The staff at the front desk are very helpful, Friendly , and positive. The lobby is cute and welcoming. The price is reasonable and the location, in a green courtyard off the street, makes it quiet. "It's a nice, clean property. Lots of restaurants nearby. The train station, Alexanderplatz, is very close, making it very convenient. The only concern is noise. I hear ambulance siren a few times a day. There could be a hospital nearby, I am not sure. The pluses outweigh the negatives. I am not too bothered by the noise. If I come back to Berlin again, I will stay at this property. "
